I’m honestly shocked at how terrible my experience was tonight. I placed an online order at 7:00 PM, and it said it would be ready by 7:30 PM. I didn’t expect perfection, but I ended up waiting until 8:46 PM to finally get my food. Almost two hours for wings is ridiculous.
What really bothered me was that the restaurant floor didn’t even look busy. There were a few dine-in customers, but nothing crazy — yet the online orders were piled all over the place, totally unorganized. Nobody seemed to know whose order was whose, and the staff looked overwhelmed but didn’t communicate or apologize for the delay.
Then, after all that waiting, I got the wrong wings. Instead of what I actually ordered, they gave me garlic Parmesan, and I’m allergic to Parmesan. That’s not just a mistake — that’s dangerous. The fact that I waited nearly two hours just to receive food I couldn’t even eat is beyond frustrating.
I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of care and attention to detail. There’s no excuse for mixing up orders like that, especially when allergies are involved. I’ve gone to Buffalo Wild Wings many times, but after this, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The service was slow, disorganized, and careless from start to finish.

Read moreWent there on 11/11/21 to take advantage of their Veterans Appreciation meal. My family of four got there at 5:30, we were seated promptly but it took some time for our waitress to arrive. No big deal as my kids were still deciding on what they wanted to eat.
Once the waitress arrived we ordered everything at once. Kids mac n cheese, 6 wings, buffalitoes, 10 boneless wings and their everything pretzels, plus drinks.
We received our drinks promptly and we then received our app not too long after receiving our drinks, then maybe 20 minutes after ordering my wife’s food came which I thought was decent timing. However, it then took another 5 minutes for them to bring the kids Mac n cheese. Another 5 minutes goes by and they bring the 6 wings. I finally received my 10 boneless wings after both my wife and daughter finished their meals and my son was finishing up his wings.
I can’t imagine there is an experienced cook in the back or a manager that would allow one meal at a time to be brought out, let alone almost 20 minutes between the first dish and the last. I could understand a delay in a special dish but we’re talking wings here.

I visited this place after a year. They've renovated, and the ambiance does look better. But unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever when it comes to service. I'm genuinely disappointed and hope the owner reads this. No surprise the rating has dropped to 3.8 – it used to be above 4 just a year back.
I walked in with my friends, and the so-called manager (a gentleman wearing a funny necklace) handed me the menus and asked us to follow him—while we carried the menus ourselves, not him. That’s the manager’s job, right? He didn’t even guide us properly, made us go around from one table to another, and finally placed us at the worst corner table in the restaurant.
His behavior was rude even while taking the order, which made me feel very uncomfortable. If the manager acts like this, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff is being trained.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back. This used to be one of my favorite places because of the good food and even better service. Sad to see how it's gone downhill. I genuinely hope the owner sees this and seriously reconsiders how the place is being...
