Where do I even begin!! I simply want to point out that as soon as we entered the store we were greeted very politely! My wife and I went in store today to have our rings cleaned, and ended up leaving with upgraded wedding rings haha how did that even happen! Now this was of course only possible because of the amazing staff in store! Huge shoutout to Ashley the Assistant Manager for being super patient with us figuring out what exactly we were looking for. She was super personable and soo relatable. She was super in depth about ANY & EVERYTHING. We were given so much information from me simply calling a wedding band “silver” to learning that it’s actually “White Gold” lol all the way to learning about “Lab Grown” diamonds! I would also like to shout out Store Manager Alisa for working alongside Ashely and helping us get the best deals possible! There were no extra costs no hidden fees they both were super transparent about EVERYTHING! You can definitely tell that these two ladies love their Job and most importantly love seeing their customers happy. I really can’t even express or explain how amazing these two were. This was the easiest most expensive purchase I have ever made. I know for a FACT that I won’t go to any other Kay’s unless one of these two will be there. Definitely go in and check them out, but be careful cause they’ll make you wanna spend your whole life savings...

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Kay's in Mechanicsburg! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. We were trading in a ring — and thanks to the incredibly knowledgeable and patient staff, both Alisa & Eric we found the princess perfect ring, more beautiful than I imagined.

They took the time to understand what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed. The craftsmanship and quality of their pieces are unmatched — my rings are absolutely stunning and I gets compliments EVERY day.
