Benn going here for two years now while my daughter is at practice up the road. Customer Service is horrible. This year I have been accused of stealing twice. First time had a shirt that was on clearance was marked down about 5 times. Went to the register to pay for it and cashier just walked away asks said nothing. Discussing with a manager how the price doesn’t seem right. A month ago I bought a pair of meds for my daughter didn’t realize until I got home it was wrong size. Took back 3 days later with the receipt to return. Was told even though I had the receipt they needed the price tag that cdd as me on the shoes. No such thing is on the receipt for the return policy. Then the cashier looked me dead in my face and told me the sneakers were not on the receipt. I bought 1 other item with the sneakers. The sneakers were the first item listed. I will never return to this store. They need new staff because bottom of the barrel here.Needless to say I was able to do the return at the Harrisburg store with no issue. Read moreProbably one of the worst shopping experiences. I went in there, the employees all looked irritated. Not to mention I went to try on some clothes. Was not greeted by the lady at the fitting room. Made eye contact with me, but didn’t bother to say anything to me. I continued to walk in. She stopped me and begins to give me sass about how I had to do this first... I’m sorry? You didn’t say anything to me at all, you looked at me too? How was I supposed to know what to do? I tried on each clothing and was irritated that I was treated that way by an employee who works for a business to try and get customers to buy their products. I go back, she wasn’t there so I thought I could just go back and put all of the clothes back. Yet she comes out of nowhere and continues to sass me, like I know all of the policies. Read moreI took my daughter there after we searched for a nearby clothing store. Ross dress for less appeared in our search. And as we browse the store I noticed the look on her face, just to be blunt, it wasn't a happy look. I asked her what was wrong and she said that the advertising is misleading. The selection was very very limited, there was no customer service whatsoever, their Dress for Less motto really didn't apply. We think it was just click bait so to speak to get customers in the door, and speaking to that, we were the only ones in the store. To its credit the store was rather clean and well-lit,not too well organized. The entire store was open but when you needed to try something on the dressing room was closed due to Covid. That makes no sense to us.The entire store is open and the little section where you try clothes on before you buy them so you can feel much more confident in your purchase.
