I placed an order online and then called the dominos branch immediately. The other end had an upset associate clearly unhappy about his day, wanted me to hold. I complied and when I was placed on a hold longer than a minute, I called back because I didn’t want the pizza I had ordered online to be messed up. When Jason (he says he’s an assistant manager) picked up and proceeded to yell at me to “PLEASE HOLD” and I politely explained I don’t mind holding, just don’t want my pizza to be messed up. He promised it wouldn’t be and placed me on a hold again. When he got back on the line he told me my order didn’t exist… after fetching around for it for a minute he then tells me it’s been in the oven. Which made absolutely no sense to me. How did an order that didn’t exist magically end up in the oven? He then gave the phone to a female associate whose name is Kelsey and she told me she already put it in the oven and isn’t going to remake it and slams the phone on me. I am appalled and very very angry at the customer service provided to me. I had to drive to the location for them to issue my refund and listen to them run their mouths some more since they just wanted to keep slamming the phone on me, a loyal customer to dominos pizza for years. Read moreThis store is absolutely horrific or at least my experience was! I ordered my food to be delivered I ordered a pizza and the jalapeño bacon cheesy bread! My pizza was fine a little over cooked but it was good!! The cheesy bread on the other hand was cold still had raw dough and unmelted cheese and was regular cheesy bread not jalapeño bacon, so I called in and told them about it and they said they were gonna send a new one out. I waited an hour still nothing so I called in they said that it would be there as soon as. Driver got back to pick it up! Again waited yet Another hour for my food and called again the so called “manager” said it would be here in less than 10 min. And rightfully so I was pretty upset at this point so I made it clear I was not happy and that I wanted something done about it! They did refund me and still bring me my food but like I said 2 hours later. When the driver got here he informed me that the person running the store was only 17 years old! To me that is outrageous no 17 year old is mature enough to run a store! Complete nightmare I will not be ordering from this location...

I called the store and an even nastier “manager” named Kelsey got on the phone. She wouldn’t let me speak when I was explaining my issues. She hung up the phone and I repeatedly called back the store and she kept picking up and hanging up on me. She finally answered and told me call corporate with my complaint & hung up once again! I went to the store and demanded my money back. Someone else did refund my money. While he was refunding my order another worker was standing behind him with a HUGE HERPES SORE on her upper lip! FYI she did not have a mask on! Do not eat at the Mechanicsburg location! Unsanitary, rude, and classless! If Kelsey is the manager she needs to be fired Immediately!!!
