First visit was excellent for dinner around 6pm. Food was changed over constantly. We thought we found a great place.
Second visit was a nightmare. Went on a Wednesday around 4pm. All the “usual food” you’d find an Asian buffet was old and cold. Could tell it had been sitting out for hours. All of the usual dishes like honey chicken, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, fried shrimp, honey walnut shrimp, wings, all cold and hard…I can name maybe 5 things that they put out for “dinner” and the hibachi that were even remotely warm. Didn’t touch any of their dinner stuff though…Tbh bc it’s all seafood which isn’t my go to item at an Asian restaurant. When I finally confronted someone about it, they said I should have requested it and they would microwave the food for me?!?! I’m sorry what? Are they not to be keeping the food warm themselves and manning s certain temperature?!? Is that what they are doing to the food when they take it out after it’s been out for a while?!?! Sounds like some serious health code issues. Kind of annoyed I paid dinner prices for food that had been sitting out all day through lunch. So then I was stuck just hearing hibachi which had zero flavor and the meat pieces were large and overcooked and also sitting out quite long…. Will not be returning and anything positive I’ve said about this place in the past has now been overshadowed by this very negative experience. ...

Lin Buffet isn't going to blow your mind with a culinary explosion, but it's a decent spot for a casual meal. The food is generally good, hitting those familiar Chinese buffet notes.
My only real gripe is that some of the dishes could have been warmer. A few things felt like they'd been sitting out a tad too long, temperature-wise. Also, if you're expecting a sprawling, endless selection, this might not be the buffet for you. The variety is a bit more limited compared to some other places I've tried.
However, what truly elevated my experience at Lin Buffet was the fantastic service. Our waitress was an absolute gem! She was so attentive, always checking in on us, whisking away empty plates before we even noticed them, and making sure our drinks were full. Honestly, her cheerful demeanor and top-notch service almost single-handedly bumped this review up a star. And a shout-out to the hibachi chef too! That guy was a grilling machine, cranking out orders like a pro. You could tell everyone was working hard.
So, overall, Lin Buffet is a solid choice. The food is good enough, and the service is truly outstanding. If they could just tweak the food temperature and maybe expand the selection a bit, they'd easily be a 5-star contender. It's clear the staff cares, and that makes a big difference. I'd...
