Ashley Stevens Salon and Eyebrow Threading. — Local services in Hampden Township

I was here once as a walk-in eyebrow service. Didn't wait too long & thought things went pretty well! Received a stamp card so after my 5th eyebrow threading, I would get the 6th free. I thought Great!

Fast forward to this week, i checked online to make sure they were open (opened at 9 according to google), I showed up around 945 & they were closed? So I called later in the day to verify hours & they said they were booked til 5 but available the following day. Again, the next day I called about wait time & found out the eyebrow lady leaves at 4 & unfortunately I couldn't make the time frame, so they scheduled me an appt for the following day(now friday) at 10 am. I show up at 10 am AND THEY WERE CLOSED. Maybe they meant 1030? THEY STILL WERE CLOSED.

Unacceptable & no longer will be a customer here. Fix your hours online if they aren't current or post a sign on the door.

Been a year I moved to camphill and was looking for a Parlour near by as soon as I moved here so that I can go whenever I feel like and here I find Ashley Steven who I thought I should give it a try because it had good reviews. No wonder why people like this parlor. Within a year I found myself going there frequently. They give the best service. I trust them so much with everything especially My eye brows. People say “eye brows are siblings and not twins” but mine didn’t even look like siblings. Hehe..One of them was straight and the other one had a small arch and the team there worked with me to give me that shape over few months. They even gave me ideas on how to grow them and every time I went there my eye brows started to look like more like siblings.. by that I am similar... Now it looks awesome. Highly recommend for people who want to get better eye...

I recently went to this salon. It has a great working crew and is quite amiable. I went there to get my hair and eyebrows cut. My eyebrows and haircut were both flawlessly done by Dhana and Tila sisters, respectively... I told her that my eyebrows were in terrible state, yet she gave them a good shape and kept their thickness. This salon's staff members are quite pleasant.
