Palumbo Pizza — Restaurant in Hampden Township

I had the worst experience here two days ago. First of all - the guy at the register was on cocaine or amphetamines for sure. He couldn’t stop moving around and couldn’t keep eye contact. You could see it in his eyes. I ordered a couple slices of pizza and a cheese steak with ONLY CHEESE AND STEAK. I noticed the order was $30 so I looked and he had put steak Stromboli. - no problem I corrected him. He then tried to order me a cheese steak pizza. Then I corrected him again and said again “A CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH WITH ONLY CHEESE AND STEAK ON IT.” Then he fixed it but added a small cheese pizza onto the order so AGAIN I corrected the kid who was acting extremely weird. So I wait for my food- not long - and when I get it I leave to get back to work. And when I get back to work I see that my cheese steak has marinara sauce on it. I didn’t say a cheese steak with marinara I didn’t say a cheese steak with just no onions - I said “A PLAIN CHEESE STEAK WITH ONLY CHEESE AND STEAK”

I don’t have time for this BS and will never eat here again. This kid doesn’t deserve...

Came here since 1997 just ordered a pizza took two hrs to get here i could have walked right down street. The pizza was set a my door no one told me it was here app still sying not delivered and when i opend it i was coverd in ants and they want to lie and say they rang the door bell my dog goes nuts when someone rings liers i know all of you i have ate there forever last time fure sure. And yes i pulled the cold pizza out of the box but you can see ants in the box gross i know the driver is at fault but lieing about it is grosser then bugs on my pizza im 46 with 5 boys sigle father i order alot of pizza my mind was blown and they want to brush it off well i have a ton of reviews so people will see and hear about it just be honest i thought you were thats why i have been there so many times. Palumbos is a good place to sit down and eat a Neapolitan pizza, in the restaurant. If you order a whole Neapolitan to go, though, it will be a mess. The cheese always slides all over the place. I live 2 minutes away, I always buckle the pizza box in with a seat belt, and drive carefully, but when I get home, the cheese is always rotated to some random angle, and I need a steak knife to cuty own slice. I don't know why they even bother cutting it fore to begin with, if they are going to construct the pizza so poorly. Today was the worst. I got a large Neapolitan pepperoni, and all the cheese was in one corner of the box when I opened it. Never have this problem with other nearby pizzarias. It's only a problem at this palumbos. I gave it two stars for the dine in experience, whosh is still nice, but take out is...
