Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hampstead

Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts There’s a big guy that works there with a high-pitched voice. You should be fired. You are rude. You’re slow. Nobody can understand you. You always get the orders wrong you put the food together so disgustingly messy every time I come to the drive-through if you’re working it’s about a 25 minute wait when there are only two people in line, and I swear you do it on purpose because you know you’re slow you do it on purpose upset people. I went up to the microphone one day waited for about five minutes while there was nobody inside and nobody in line told me wait one moment which I did and was also trying to get to work because I work full-time job and don’t have time to wait around on slow people that don’t care , so finally I got impatient that I don’t have all day. He’s like yeah what can I get you With a very very rude tone, didn’t even let me finish my coffee order and said yup drive up. I wasn’t even done ordering and I told him that then he huff and puff like I’m inconveniencing him with my order so I told him you know what I’ll go somewhere else. Thanks anyway this is the second time I have him being rude to me the time before that it was over because him and his other incompetent employee couldn’t get my order Correct and When I went back to have them correct it, they ended up throwing it away because I had taken a bite out of it. They said that they’re not allowed to give out food that’s Touched or tampered with even though I was the one giving it to them for them to give it back to me, but they threw it away and then continue to tell me they didn’t have any of the muffin I wanted left so I lost the money for the muffin that I ordered and didn’t even get the muffin when I asked them for their Names they refused to give them to me So I wouldn’t even this place Dunkin’ Donuts across the street to Better. Edit for April 26th 2021 1:16 p.m. I ordered a cold brew chocolate stout. The chocolate powder was not put on it when I went in and said that it wasn't and they just wanted it put on the girl told me that they don't put that on it. I specifically said chocolate powder which I should not have had to specify if the slightly heavy set blue haired girl working sandwich station. New the correct sop on how to create these drinks. Because she was not educated or just too lazy to do her job correctly. She chose to put mocha sauce on cold brew chocolate stout. When I told her no that's not how you make them please make it again she gave me an attitude. Eventually she did make it again. But you can tell the the drink was made with spite there was hardly any cold foam on it and she practically dumped the container of chocolate powder on my drink.

Haven't been able to get a coffee here that wasn't burnt in at least six months . The same for the one across the intersection at Colby Corner. Same owner . It's been so bad I've started driving to Plaistow or down Rt 111 to the one several miles farther away . Burnt coffee taste is from lazy employees not cleaning the pots after they put empty pots onto hot warming plates. The little coffee in the bottom burns on, and will ruin any coffee made after that until it's cleaned. I don't know if the manager doesn't pay attention or what but it's too bad that you have to avoid these two stores. Maybe I'm the stupid one for continually trying to give them another chance.

Why bother wasting my time on this? Because it should not be this difficult to get a decent cup of coffee when you specialize in it as a business. ( where is the manager? Never there...
