I placed 2 online orders. I got the emails saying they were ready for pick-up. They were nowhere to be found in the pick-up bins, so I waited in line to be helped by one of the rudest employees I have encountered in a long time. It took a solid 2 minutes for her to be ready to look up my orders. She found one, the items haphazardly thrown in a shopping cart with other people's items from their orders. I needed to exchange an item, but was told I'd have to pay the difference because the coupon only works online. I was given a Michael's gift card for an item I just bought through their app. I was not even given the option of returning it to the original payment method. I had a receipt! Now, I figured out that there was a coupon that would have fixed the price difference situation, but she didn't bother to tell me that. My other order was eventually found in the massive stack of items in the shopping cart. I will not be coming back unless I need something I can't find...
