UR Pizzeria — Restaurant in Hampton

I am the type of person that will spend money and frequently visit a store resturant etc if I 1. Feel like my buisness is valued (i.e; Decent Customer Service) and 2. If the product or service is good (or worth the money)......Unfortunately UR Pizzaria is neither. I have visited this location and spent $25+ dollars each time and bave tried various different items and Im just not pleased. The pizza isnt very flavorful just crust and toppings no real wow factors and same goes for the rest of the food. In my opinion the menu items are severely overpriced and you would think woth prices this high the service and quality must be spectacular.....hmm it is not!

My most recent visit was last night 02/09/18 and this was my final straw with this resturant. I ordered 10 mild chicken wings. I ordered online (which the site and tracker needs an upgrade as well) and picked up at the restaurant.

I get home and bite into one of the wings and you guys, it was beyond spicy! Like take ypur breatg away spicy. So I get it. It’s the weekend, they are probably busy etc. So I call back and nicely explain to the young man what i ordered and what happened, and all he says is ooooo okay. He then proceeds to put me on hold and comes back and says that the cook said that he cooked them right. At this point im beyond frustrated because his tone was very rude and nonchalant and from a customer service standpoint you didnt even ask if i would like it replaced, no sorry about that or anything. So I nicely ended that conversation with a simple “No worries” and that will be the last dollar this company sees from me, my family and friends.

I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism of this company but I dont want to waste any more of your precious time. Bottom line is....they are overpriced, have poor ‘people skills’, no professionalism or sense of proper customer service and mediocre food. Just dont waste your money....

Tonight was one of those situations where I was desperate enough to order a pizza from a chain. After agonizing over it for a good 20 minutes while hangry, I placed the order online and got a delivery estimate of 2 hours. I about died inside. I resorted to driving to the Walmart on Cunningham to pick up some Top Ramen, but my husband noticed the owner/employee hanging out outside in a chair with the door open on the way there. We've lived in Hampton for almost 3 years, and kept meaning to try this place, but tonight was the first time... it's such a shame it took us so long.

We decided to get some lamb & beef gyros. They're incredible. The owner was so sweet and pleasant. We got our food to go, because it was 9:40pm and they close at 10pm. He was more than happy to have us stay there if we wanted to, though. All the vegetables on the gyros were freshly chopped. I also got a piece of baklava. I don't believe they make it in-house, as it came in boxes similar to doughnut boxes. The baklava is just okay; it could be crispier and spicier.

If I had to guess, I'd say the shopping center is the reason the restaurant doesn't have a lot of customers like is mentioned in other reviews. It's a pretty vacant little corner of Cunningham.

We both love Greek food and this really hit the spot. We'll definitely be back before we move in March. It'll be hard for me to try something other than the gyro though- it...

My co worker ordered some pizza from this place and had it delivered and when I saw it being brought in I just thought it was just a pizza from papa Johns or wherever. So he opens the box and I can smell it and it smells good but I still didn’t get excited because I thought it was a pizza from papa johns or Pizza Hut or dominos so I didn’t want to eat it because pizza from those places are not exciting to eat. So he ate some and put it in the refrigerator and I was hungry and I was like one piece of pizza wasn’t going to kill me so I got a piece and ate it and as soon as I bit into the pizza I lit up with excitement because it was so delicious! The sauce was the best part because it made everything else come together and taste even better! I use to own a New York style pizza place and I made my own dough and sauce and I could not eat pizza anymore because of how delicious my pizza was but the sauce from ur pizzeria was so delicious that I can eat pizza again!!! So I hope anyone that wants a delicious pizza will give this place a try and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed and become a regular customer...
