I would love to say the establishment had surpassed my expectations, but sadly I can’t. After having what I thought was a decent meal. And said Happy New Year to all and left we noticed our Cellphone had been missed placed. After trying to contact it several times about 3 mins out we pulled over and checked and called only to be caught off by surprise, after the 3rd time called it was forwarded after 4 rings. Now my phone rings about 10-12 times. So I immediately called the location we left which was the Chills at 1066 w mercury the young lady I got on time phone with spent about 10 minutes trying to “locate “ my phone as I am calling . She comes back to tell me unfortunately it’s not there . I’m the midst of this I am 2 mins away from the location, I def bust a U turn on mercury. As we arrive I try calling 10 more times. 3 of the 10 my phone is getting swooped to ignore. I call back and speak to the young lady stating I am in front of the location and my phone is pinging here. I ask if I can see the cameras and look around just in case ion find it. My spouse was met at the door with a “ wassup we close “ as if we ain’t been calling. He left him at the door to have a female manager with a browser bag ask what was needed . They proceeded to rush him due to it being Close to closing . Mine you I am STILL CALLING HIS PHONE AND ITS RINGING. He was in there for 2 mins having folk rush him and tell him won’t nothing there just for them so say “oh is “such n such “ calling for you” yea we called his phone bout 20 times. Honestly it was one of the cooks who pocketed my phone. So I call back and ask for all there names Feather Paul the manager Isreal and a couple other folks I’ll definitely remember by face. I had called back to let the manager know what was wrong and that I would like everyone name who worked the last hour on News years day . It was an issue AFTER I told him what happened yet I received all I needed to file. Complaint. DO NOT EAT HERE THESE PPL ARE UNCIVILIZED AND WILL STEAL FROM PAYING KIND PEOPLE FOR NO REASON. Read moreA travesty. Horrific. Terrible. Worst service of all time! My family and I entered at 9:30pm on a Friday night...tonight... we were seated 15 mins after entering the restaurant. Once seated, our drink orders were taken..10mins later we rec'd them & placed our meal orders. (here's where everything goes left) We didn't get our food until 11:30pm. During this time, our waiter had come to our table 3 times to tell us that they no longer carry Quesa Blanca dip, they didnt understand the order of 30 of the same type of wings...which would be 3orders of a 10 piece...and the other time was to tell us that there was only 1 fry chef in the kitchen. We were patient until the fry chef himself come to sit at a table next to Ours, accompanied by 2 women. The waiters came to sit as well...as if the restaurant wasn't already busy. Finally when we got the food, of course the meal was WRONG. We expressed we wanted all "bone in" chicken & rec'd boneless. The children decided to take the boneless to keep down confusion, however I don't care for the taste and requested the regular "bone in" meat. Needless to say that when we finally left the restaurant @ 12:30am, I never rec'd the correct order, had a $100.38 Bill & hadn't eaten ish! The waiter double charged for EVERYTHING! When I left, the Bill was $50 & no tip was given. The waiters were new and hadn't been trained worth a damn. They didn't know the menu and they're customer service skills sucked. Jordan was sweet though. Please fire all management and start over. Btw, The manager finally came out to speak to me but couldn't offer a solution, just an apology. I would give this service a 0 star but it won't let me. They play to much while working & they're distracted....

When my boyfriend and I first walked in, there was no hostess on sight so we just awkwardly stood at the door for a few minutes looking around and no one greeted us. When someone finally did walk over we were seated and placed our order a few moments later. When my order arrived, it was incorrect and we did not have silverware or napkins. Our waitress informed us that the person responsible for washing the silverware did not complete it ( instead of simply offering plastic), so we were a little confused. When we did receive the silverware we still had not received any napkins and they were very much needed. After getting our own, the waitress then offered more. Still not trying to complain, we continued eating and after we both drank all of our sweet tea, we were looking for our waitress to ask for refills, but after several minutes of not seeing her, we asked someone else who kindly helped us right away (we tipped her for her service) After we received our refills our waitress popped back up and asked us if we needed anything so we asked for our check and boxes. We were given two of the small boxes and had way more food than would fit in them and then we were told that that were out of the rest, so I asked for more because I was not leaving my food behind. After that, we were still waiting for our check and about 15 min later we finally received it and was told that we were not charged for the incorrect side that was given to us ( it was their error not ours) so I wouldn't have payed anyway. The only thing I completed was my salad and took everything else home in my mini boxes because after waiting for everything my food was cold anyway. I wasn't too thrilled...
