Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hampton

Dunkins has gone downhill ever since it was purchased by an investment firm. This Dunkin's location has really embodied the new philosophy of over promise and severely under deliver. It didn't use to be this bad, but the food is terrible and the service feels like I signed up for a roast.

Not a single employee at this location is capable of assembling a sandwich, not burning a bagel, or getting the sugar/cream ratio in a drink correctly.

The staff is rude, untrained, and unattentive. I waited over 20 minutes before someone acknowledged I was picking up a mobile order. When she did acknowledge me, she didn't have my order (because she already cleared it from the screen to keep times lower) and I had to repeat my entire order to her while she acted like I was inconveniencing her. She also appeared to be the manager, which explains why this store is in such an abysmal state.

The cleanliness of the store is also horrifying, watching employees scoop different flavors of cream cheese with the same utensil, watching ungloved employees handle cooked food from the toaster, and the bathrooms haven't had more than a basic wipe down in months. I did try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I threw my cinammon raisin bagel out because there were chives mixed into my plain cream cheese. Absolutely appalling.

Last few times I’ve hon the old lady at the window the first time dropped my debit card on the ground then insulted me for it when I had to get out to pick it up then this time took the coins and dropped them in my hand so they would fall on the ground and goes oops sorry with a snarky smile I will never go back here again I will be contacting corporate I tried calling the store to talk to the manager and no one answered the phone this woman should not have a job here with customer service if she can’t be kind and courteous if she’s going to be vindictive she should not be working at a place that deals with the public it would not taints the company and Image everyone I talk to about this particular Dunkin all I hear is the drive thru lady is a jerk and well ….. she is will not be going back lost money in the drive thru would rather...

The staff here are rude and inappropriate I ordered sandwiches and I politely said excuse me to the girl making sandwiches asking her if my meal came with hash browns and instead she rudley yelled out loud I don't want to talk to her and she then told the manager to talk to me and the manager screamed out loud I don't want to talk to her either. I then asked to speak to another manager and some girl in the front who heard everything then said I'm an assistant manager. That's all she said she never asked if I needed help or what could she do instead she just ignored me, I kid you not this "assistant manager " had hickeys all over her neck.
