McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampton

WARNING: Gross pictures ahead from this trifling restaurant. I’m not usually one to write reviews so the fact I’m coming on here to say something says a lot. Anyways, the pictures of the chicken nugget was from a little bit ago but what in the actual world is that??? I stopped going to this location for a while but my family and I decided to stop by there to get something before we got home. When we got home, I was missing a large fry (mind you they are about $5 each), my daughter’s apple slices, and my sister was missing something from her bag. I called up there and told them this “I want yall to be so for real right now cause I have a question” and the lady asked what my question was. I said “do yall check orders before you hand them out” and the lady said “yes we do” OBVIOUSLY NOT, reading is fundamental. I used to work at two different McDonalds and I still work at a fast food restaurant in the drive thru window, I know how it goes. It’s not hard to look at a screen to make sure the order is correct before handing it out. The first two pictures are recent. I found whatever that is on the rim of my daughter’s chocolate milk from her happy meal and that was it for me. I obviously didn’t let my daughter eat the happy meal or drink the milk cause what else is hiding in there?? I called corporate to report this incident (my sister also called corporate the time we were missing stuff) and sent pictures to the corporate persons email and even she was disgusted. She said she would print everything out and show it to the area supervisor or whatever. Shut this place down like look at all these reviews. If you wanna know what you’re consuming, don’t come here and waste your money. Go somewhere else where you’re eating edible...

McDonald's is, well still McDonald's! No matter who you are or where you are, one thing is for sure, McDonald's is highly recognized because they have been around for so many years, and still serve their classic burgers, as well as quite a few new menu items to choose from. Anyone who knows McDonald's, knows the Big Mac. And of course their french fries, however McDonald's did change the Greece they use to use to a healthier better for you type, but it did not cut us short on taste, still as good as to be expected. And last but not least, their sodas. Yes that's is correct, their sodas. Anyone ever wonder if it is your imagination, or if Micky D'S has the best tasting soda of anywhere in the US? Well they do according to taste tests. And rightfully so. They use metal containers to store the soda syrup, where as everyone else uses plastic bags to store their syrup. Their water as well as their ice, is filtered through a more sophisticated filtration system. Their ice is in the perfect shape and size. And last but not least, The biggest straws to offer their customers. Yup, you won't have any trouble slurping down these wonderful tasting sodas. And all ways carbonated well enough to make your eyes water, and belch bigger and louder than ever before. Lol. Let's go to McDonald's everyone and put a smile...

I grew up around here so I have been to this McDonald's quite a bit. I am 36 now. I don't remember it being this bad. I just had a horrible experience with Xavier on the phone. Wife and I ordered 2 Big Macs and they gave them to us without pickle, very little lettuce and heavy on the onion like they were trying to make up for their lack of the other produce in the restaurant. Also we ordered one large fry and they gave us a small fry in a large container with no fry spillage in the bag. As if one of their incompetent employees knowingly put a less than half full large container of fries in our bag. I called and Xavier basically hung up on me when I told him about our concerns. What kind of rejects do we have working here? I know it's minimum wage and all, but let's be a little pickier about who we hire and stop hiring Bethel dropout druggies with their boxers hanging out the back waist of their sagging jeans. So stupid for management to let these kinds of people represent their restaurant even though it's just a McDonald's. This is one of the better parts of Hampton. Let's at least act like it and get rid of people like Xavier and send him to Black Mac out on Lasalle and Queen St. That's...
