McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampton

I have been going to McDonald across from my business.. I been going five yrs for my breakfast and snack for nugget at lunch.. Yet till this morning is my last business with McDonald at Hampton nh.. whoever in duty this morning taking my order had pretent to be not heard anything i said over the speaker as she keep questions me for the same conversations..even more discuss seeing her drunk or high red eyes rise and come to understand why she have had not at a good day..! 🤮 You know what $11 dollars she miss to put everything inside but 2 pieces of bacon strip on biscuits 🥲🥲what the hell .. we drove back what happen it was her again she said, drive up and states yell us at don’t talk to me like I’am stupid.. the fact that she put us at first she pretended she wasn’t do wrong.. until her manager came up even worse situation show.., we need to get your biscuit back and will put missing one in there ..! Can you believe 🥶🥶🥶🤮🤮God Dam Services.. Any way the lost $20 buck a day from my business.. 600 a month 4,800 a year.. 5 yrs I did spent $..24,000 they were losing for next five yrs.. I own the repair business across corner of the street for 44 yrs .. They are done Now.. over the rude .. drug headed lad person and unprofessional manager who doesn’t even how to acknowledge correctly on little issues for great customer to repeatedly come back ..! Do not I repeat do not go here all I ordered was a simple Big Mac with extra Mac sauce and extra cheese simple right ? They gave me a messy burger that wasn’t edible. When I brought it back 1 employee Hanna was clearly saying something to the cook so I asked for names I only was told tod (on the grill/manager) and Hanna the kid in the drive thru would not give me his name. So I get my new burger no extra cheese or sauce I asked for it on the side and you can hear a female (Hanna) yell f$&k off (I paid for extra cheese extra sauce) so the kid who refused to give me his name came back to the window I asked for the manger (which is when I found out the grill guy tod is the manager) he really didn’t care he walked away and threw up a gang sign as he closed the window not ok at all when I parked the car in the drive thru and got out to find out why the rudeness I was told to get the f$&k out of here they was calling the police really McDonald’s ? Really unbelievable that whole shift needs to be fired period if they treat one customer like that they treating all and this was their mess up no one would eat the burger I received it was made like that on purpose cause they obviously do not care about they job I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning and I will not eat my new burger cause I feel like they did something to it but I will be bringing it to the manager in the morning the picture shows the first...

The absolute worst place to ever go. Night crew don't wear hair nets for 1. They are slow as can be, first we waited 15 minutes in drive through and got tired of waiting, so then we go inside an waited literally over half hour for one meal and one sandwich.. and if that wasn't enough all the employees were doing were standing around talking about sleeping with customers and other employees. Example one employee was talking about how they slept with a new employee who wasn't pregnant when she started but is now pregnant.. not what we needed to hear and this was all while they have people waiting for orders to be taken inside and at drive through and they say there talking ignoring everyone one of us until they felt like taking orders. I really DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever at least not during night crew. As I've said the absolute worst place I've ever been EVER!! Night crew all need to be fired and replaced that simple!! I'll never go there again until they fire all those employees. Oh and the worst part was finding one of them decided to hack a nasty lugie in my milkshake! Fix your crap McDonald's because your losing a lot of business due to your staff!! Not professional...
