New China — Restaurant in Hampton

Terrible Customer Service Iam from out of town celebrateing my son's 6th birthday we were looking for some food and decided on this Restaurant I even explained that to the lady over the phone I placed my order two Chicken wing orders with pork fried rice and three egg roll I then added another chicken wings and prok fried Rice making it (3) BEFORE GETING MY TOTAL I VERIFIED MY ORDER AND MY TOTAL WAS $25 and some change I get my food and head to Green Mile pier 21mins away and I didn't not receive my order as I completed I call back Im clearly upset because this is an inconvenience I'm far away at this point the lady said she gonna call back and listen to the call and calls back in 60 seconds now I highly doubt she actually heard it and tried to tell me I didn't order the third I KNOW WHAT I SAID AND ORDERED IM VERY COHERIENT AS WELL AS AWARE THAT CALL CAN BE RECORDED AND MONITORED so therefore She lieing your not gonna tell me what I said I know what I said!! and if I'm a customer from out of Town and I received this customer service I can only imagine the how they respond to there locals will not be returning!!Also asked for owner name or number to speak with Brishea w.e the hell her name was did not want to provide any info claimed she has...

The worst American chinese food i have ever eaten. The rice had grain husk was still in the rice and it was cooked in burnt oil, it had a very strong burnt taste. The chicken for sesame chicken A3 chef special might as well be breaded chicken fat. I didn't get a single ounce of meat in every one of the pieces. Rather take it back i just assume avoid ever going there again and throwing the food out. Good luck on your orders, i hope you have a better experience than me. Over priced for...
