I came in with my family today for lunch. 4 adults and 2 kids. The server was friendly. She took our orders at the same time but it took 45 minites for the food to come out and the burger was forgotten. Or didnt get put in the system. Or maybe there was an issue in the kitchen. (I am not sure but my issue is how it was handled) The server could tell my husband was waiting for his burger and she kept checking on it, but in the mean time didnt refill the waters for a while. She had said the food was ready but we were waiting on the burger. We had said just bring the food out. The burger was supposed to be 2 minutes. We were able to finish our food and the burger still was not out. We put in our orders at 12:20. At 1:15 still no burger. He ended up asking for it to go.

I have worked in many kitchens and restaurants as a bartender, server and a shift manager and I have never seen service like this. I had assumed there was no manager on duty. Not once did we get a table touch from a manager so I assumed there was nobody there until our server said the manager would bring out the burger. She did comp the burger and gave the rest of the check a discount, however why was this not settled immediately? If there was an issue in the kitchen, why wasnt the manager handling it? If the server forgot to put in the order or even if she didnt and we are waiting for over 45 minutes on the food, where is the manager? SHE should be the one coming out and explaining why we didnt receive one of the things we ordered. The WORST thing you could do is ignore a table. Be honest. We were wondering what the heck is going on, but I promise you it doesnt take an hour to make a burger. It probably takes 8 minutes max to make a med-well to well done burger.

For those of you wondering, no it was not busy. There were probably about 6 other tables with 2-4 people sat and 2 other servers and a bartender so they cannot blame it on the crowd. We had other tables that got food before us who came in after us. I will not be coming here again and of anybody ever asks about it I will give my honest feedback.

There needs to be a change in management because there is no reason for any table to wait over an hour for a burger and not see a manager at all. The worst part is I saw the manager walking through the restaurant earlier (not knowing it was the manager) so when the manager DID come out to bring the burger, I was shocked because how do you do damage control after everything is done??? I know the server had to have told the manager we were waiting. What was done about it? I appreciate the discounted meal and the comped burger, but that could have been avoided if anyone would have told us an honest answer about what...

Went for lunch today, and my visit got off to a rocky start. I arrived a few minutes after opening. When I walked in, there was only a single occupied table, but no one was at the reception area. I had to wait 7 minutes during which time I watched the table have their order taken and could hear staff taking ang laughing in the back, before being noticed by a staff member who asked if I was there to pick up food. He got someone else to seat me.

After being seated, the service was excellent. My server was very friendly and attentive. The menu is fairly extensive, with a large focus on wings and a wide selection of sauces.

I got the flatbread pizza and some wings with a dry rub. Both were hot and fresh. The pizza was great, everything I was expecting. The wings were good but had very little seasoning. I would have liked to see significantly more seasoning as, with the exception of one wing, they were basically naked wings.

The atmosphere is very inviting with multiple sports playing and clear visibility to the TVs from any seat, there's even a small screen at the booths. The bar area is divided from the dining area, making it a great spot for those looking to have a few drinks or those with families.

There is wifi, but it requires providing an email to access.

Overall, a couple of small things won't stop me from coming back. This is a good spot, and I would definitely recommend it. If I had to choose between this and BW's, I'd take this...

We called before going to ask if they could accommodate our party of 14 for my sister birthday and they said yes. We got there and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come over n greet us as well as take drink orders n kids orders. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food to come out. Which most people didnt enjoy. Our fries came out separate from our food and put into baskets for everyone to share rather than our own portions. After asking for the manager she greeted us with the words "hello, Im tired but Im ok". She informed us that they were short staffed and we asked why wasnt that mentioned over the phone or why didnt anyone inform us. She didnt know why. Applebee's informed us and wouldn't even seat us because they were under staffed. We appreciated that gesture! No one offered to refill drinks, or comp an appetizer for the wait, or anything. We had to keep reminding the waitress to get things. The bar closed an hour early! We had to keep asking for the manager. Our waitress got overwhelmed with our request and began to cry. Another waitress (red head) was very rude to us during the settlement of the check. Honestly the whole meal should have been comped for the inconvenience of having to sit and wait and not be satisfied with the food. I would give 0 starts but it not an option.
