Sadly this was one our of favorite restaurants in Hampton. Over the last year, their prices have skyrocketed, portions have shrunk, and the food quality is now just sub-par. On a positive note, the service staff is very friendly. It’s sad to see good restaurants going down hill, as customer service is no longer a concern of many restaurant owners. This was a weekly stop for us, but now we’re lucky to venture in 1-2 times every few months. I rarely post negative feedback about any restaurant, but it’s time restaurants be held accountable for bad quality and overpriced food. Covid is no longer an excuse for poor quality and overpriced food…
Update 04/28/2023: We decided to give this place another shot last night and I must admit they’ve made some great changes. Their “basket of fries” is a much larger portion (almost back to their old portions), and their boneless tender portions are very healthy. They’ve also introduced some great “game day” promotions, so kudos to them for giving us more for our $$$!! It may now be back to being one of our favorites! Thanks Derek!! Read moreSince they have opened we have gotten lunch to go for work. It has been good quality food. The fries need to be put onto cardboard or something because they are greasy. The wrap my boss fell in love with has been completely different each time he ordered it in the last 2 weeks. It is not even remotely the same. They have quality staff but it has become so popular they seem a little overwhelmed and forget things. We recently took a client there for lunch because she said she loved wings. She ordered a Margarita it was mix but the killer part is it was not shaken with ice before being served. Any bartender knows it has to be shaken with the ice to help cut the citric acid down. She said it was horrible. We asked for it to be replaced hoping the bartender would offer a fix. Round two still just poured over ice she never even drank it. Then the wings were rubbery. We were disappointed but we also run a business so we get the kinks and bumps. I think the place looks great the Bahn Me salad is to die for and we will continue to support along the way. Read moreI really am not sure how they have a 4.5 star average, I’m a very reasonable person but I paid $12 for a juicy Lucy everything was fine the service was quick as I was getting take out. But when I arrived at home and fit into my burger which was a double burger probably a half a pound of beef all together it was raw in the middle and cold. I live 4 miles away, I pulled the receipt from the bag to notice that they also charged me a 20% gratuity without notification on the menu or signage anywhere in the building. When I called and asked about it I was told that it was on the computer screen when I signed for my credit card although it was not explained to me I was expected to see it without my glasses. I should also mention that I noticed a sign on the wall that said mesh were required by law, it is not a law! It is a mandate! You should do the Research on the definition of these two words.
