Before I realized the existence of this Food Truck, my world was on its Knees, I seen this Food Truck when I was walking. When I seen the boss Look at me something in my Heart sparked, I knew I had to get something from Food Truck. the boss looked at me. It wasn’t like the other others, No contempt, no disgust, no rejection. I told him “What is the best thing you have in the menu, Sir.” Not even a single word came out of his mouth. he then proceeded with a smile on his face that contained joy, happiness, enjoyment. from that moment on I knew the chef had something for me that I’ve never seen in my life. He then proceeded to cook the food. With his best chef cooking skills this man made the best chicken fries I ever seen In my life, these chicken fries are nothing like any other chicken fries These chicken fries were different These chicken fries were like yin and Yang. The first bite I took I felt the world of fries and chicken collapsing into my mouth the way it tasted Was nothing like the others after that day on I Have never tasted...

Mahrun, the owner of Fusion Food Truck epitomizes hospitality and generosity!

While exploring the town of Hamtramck on our first day, we stopped to order some food at the Fusion Food Truck, and met the delightful Mahrun and Mek. Upon hearing that we were new in town and helping at the local Sylhet Farm, he graciously offered to provide our team lunch the following day! Mek even drove all the way to our site and hand delivered the delicious Butter Chicken wraps to us!

We ordered 4 items from the menu- Fusion Bowl, Butter Chicken wrap, Cosmos burger and loaded fries. The rice in fusion bowl was so bad, it was boiled and sticky rice. The butter chicken wrap was also trash, it was overcooked(burnt) & the sauce they used was no way near the butter chicken sauce that you would taste in a typical butter chicken, the burger & loaded fries were OKAY which was the only positive of today’s experience. Sad to see in the name of FUSION people would cook...
