So let me start by saying I donât typically care enough to write reviews. I usually let things slide time and time again before I say something. This SPECIFIC Dunkin location across from Charleston Cosmetology Institute is beyond âhit or missâ at this point. The amount of us at this school who give money nearly every day to get breakfast/lunch at this Dunkin is ridiculous. Myself, personally, Iâve spent a TON of money getting food almost ONLY here for the last half a year or more. I sometimes get a HAIR in my food which is very disgusting to see after youâve eaten majority of your food and realize it. Iâve had cold food on PLENTY more than one occasion, and attitude as well from some of the older ladies who work there. Mind you, there are several students at my cosmetology school who have had issues over and over by this place. One of my close friends had to call the manager earlier this week because she is ALSO sick and tired of the service she receives. The manager was very kind to our surprise and said she wouldnât even be against us boycotting the whole store and that they had a lot of new hires recently, which is understandable. But for this to happen time and time again for months has become frustrating. And once again, this morning, my order was wrong and when I asked for the correct food, they wanted to charge me extra. Most places would accept the loss or mistake and just hand you the correct damn food. But no, they wanted to charge me again for their mistake. Absolutely not. I understand this is all he says, she says and that I have no current photos/videos for proof, but please think twice about going to this location. Any other Dunkin functions better than this one. Sorry to those workers who DO actually do their job correctly and obviously this wouldnât apply to you but I think some of you arenât very self aware or focused on what you do.    Read morePulled up and the door says âDining room closed due to staffing issuesâ which it totally understandable, so we went through the drive thru and they were incredibly rude. We asked if they had frozen cappuccinos and they rudely said âNo Were out of those.â and so I asked for a few minutes to look at the rest of the menu and when I started ordering, after every item I ordered they asked âAnything elseâ in a very rushing manner. I ordered munchkins and they asked if they were assorted and I said yes other than No blue berry. They said âAll Blueberry?â and I said âNo. Noneâ and then i ordered 2 avocado toasts, i said that I wanted 2, twice. They told me to pull forward and when I got the window the man at the window told us our total and I handed him two gift cards which had $15 on each and our total was $19. He handed me both cards back and I asked which one still had money on it and he ignored me and shut the window. He started handing me our coffee and food and then asked again if i wanted my munchkins assorted to which I said âNo blue berryâ he then handed me 1 avocado toast, and then stared at me like he was ready for me to leave. I said âThere is supposed to 2 toastsâ and he said âI need the receiptâ and I grabbed the receipt and said âIt only says 1 but I asked for 2 at the speaker.â he then said âI have to charge you againâ so I gave him the gift card back and we waited for the toast.    Read moreweâve been coming to this dunkin for about a year now pretty consistently. for the first few months it was great. customer service, food, and drinks was always amazing, hence why we kept coming back. however, in the last couple months theyâve really gone downhill. weâve had multiple occasions of burnt sandwiches, missing items in our drive thru orders, and messed up drinks. i used to work food service, it happens and it never really bothers us enough to stop coming back. however, my last 2 experiences with them have been less than ideal. i came a few days ago by myself and the man taking the orders was so rude to me. i pulled up to the window to pay and said âi have my app right hereâ because itâs rude to just shove your phone in someoneâs face right? he said âwhat?â in the rudest tone so i repeated myself while holding up my phone to show him. he said âjust hold up your phone iâll scan it.â okay, weird interaction but everyone has an off day. this time around, they only added 1 pump of syrup to my bfs drink, when larges always come with 4 pumps minimum. my drink was and is always pretty good so thatâs a plus. however, they burnt my sandwich so bad that i could only eat half of it. the entire top was charred with grill marks so deep that peeling it off wasnt an option. all of the food was cold, despite us having to wait longer for the food, and they forgot our second order of hashbrowns. save your time here and go to the dunkin near bacons bridge or to clutch...
