Cook Out — Restaurant in North Charleston

I usually take my son to a cookout a couple of times a week. Hpwever; I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. The order taker greets you by saying what do you want, then says is that it multiple times after each item ordered to start. Then we wait, she never repeats your order back to you and then we wait, wait and then someone different takes your money, you Sk about your order to make sure it's being prepared how you ordered it but that person tells you I'll let you know. Then we wait, we wait another 12 minutes, multiple other customers drive off but we can't they have collected our money. Finally our drinks come out, then our food with yet a third person now involved in our order.. He hands us two trays, says have a blessed day and shuts the window and walks away. I said to my Son we should have more food. Make sure your burger is right and let's check the order. Another person now comes to the window and I told her we are missing our cheddar bites, our fries are not hot what few we received... She walks away comes back in 5 minutes hand me a bag and says here is the rest of your order. $18.00 worth of 35 minutes waiting, cold food, burger made wrong, enough fries between both boxes to May be fill the fry bag... chicken wrap was Cajun not ranch, the extra choc shake was not extra choc... We asked for salt and nobody knew where any was.. I'm sure were not the only customers that order salt. NEW MANAGEMENT AND TEAM definitely needed at...

I go to cookout almost everyday. There is a new manager there that takes the orders. An African American man. The first time we encountered him, he was pleasant, the service was great and the food was good. We even told him that we noticed all the positive changes he was making and we appreciated it. THAT WAS THE ONLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PERSON! Now he is a real jerk! He rushes to take your order even when there is absolutely no one in line other than you. He cannot hear obviously because he’s rushing you to order and more times than not my order is wrong! Today I ordered a chicken club tray and didn’t realize until I was about 7 miles away that they gave me three crusty chicken tenders. They were so hard I could not bite into them! Of course I tried to call back but was routed to a corporate number as there is no local number listed. Inside my friend’s tray was burnt fries and pieces of other burned unidentifiable items (maybe hush puppies?). Oh and did I mention the wait is far longer than it ever was before. I am completely turned off from eating here again. The prices are getting higher and higher and the food and service are getting worse and worse. We spend our money there almost daily! Please fix your pricing of the food. Everyday i get a different price for the same food. So now i have to show them a receipts of the order to prove them wrong. Why is night crew like this? Cashier should know what it is, because its the same food with same price. Mikyah, morgan, Jessica, Sierra and few others are the names particular with most of the receipts that keeps changing the price. Everyone keep an eye out on how much you are actually paying for when it should be at a set price. What is going on in the kitchen? This used to be a trusted place. UPDATE: same problem, tonight i asked for the same thing. Giving them a benefit of a doubt, they did the same thing. I asked kindly to fix this. So Cameron, the cashier, asked someone else for help. This lady comes at me and ask me whats the problem. So in return i explained again of the situation, how when i say everything doesn't mean partially and im not paying for something i know of the price for. She told me she will take it off in like a sassy manner, now that im unsure of tamper i don't want to eat the food now. I don't get it, why only the few works hard and the others meh.
