Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Hanford

Put in an online prepaid (my mistake) order. Said it would be ready @ 450pm. I got out of work later than expected. Showed up to the location @ 530 pm and asked for my pizzas, gave them my name and received a confused look. I explained that I had placed an online order. They were then able to locate my order but the pizzas had not been made yet. They then put my order in libe to get made. But I was at the end of a line 20 pizzas deep. Not cool. I had to sit and wait another 20-25 min for my pizzas to be made. I could have had pizza cooked and delivered in half the time this took. I visited Papa Murphey's, ordered a pizza, and about 15 minutes later realized my oven was not functional. I called back seeing if I could return the pizza, but they were unwilling on the basis of "them being unable to resell the pizza." I understand it is a business and they have to make a profit. What I don't understand is why they were stubborn and unwilling to offer me a refund or at least store credit. They prioritized $15 over making a customer happy and a repeat customer, which is a bad business practice and bad customer service.

Was told over the phone that is was a 25-30 minute wait. Showed up 40+ minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Told them that never have I ever seen so few pepperoni's on a one topping pizza. Had another customer with the same complaint reinforcing the fact that they normally do put significantly more pepperoni. Staff refused and said if I wanted more pepperoni, I would need to pay extra for extra toppings as they are privately owned and were told by the owner to only put the pictured amount.
