Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Verify that your order is correct at this location. Taste test your coffee before leaving. On Sunday May 17 we came to this new location bc it is closer to our house, unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. The MANAGER took our order which was a Mocha Ice coffee with cream 3 Splenda and whip cream. Had to repeat order several times, and it was still incorrect when received. The manager was snarky when we handed back the coffee and said “we were charged for whip cream and didn’t get it.” Whip cream was added, drove away and NO SPLENDA or sweetener of any kind in the coffee... YUCK!

Cmon.... only a few days you’ve been open, and already SLOPPY! Yuck.

Go to a different location if...

Went here on a Sunday morning. Placed my order online and went to this location to pick it up. To my surprise when I got to the window the gentleman running window tells me that their latte machine is broken. When I ask for a regular iced coffee he proceeded to tell me that their flavors are not available either. When I ask them to cancel my order they proceed to tell me that they cannot do that and I have to call customer service. Which surprise, surprise, is only open Mon-Friday 🤦‍♂️ Been a Dunkin customer for decades...I'll never go back to this location. Employees inside seemed like they couldn't care less which made the whole thing even more...

I’m sorry if this is very rude but every time I decide to come to this location I get my order taken by an older Indian gentleman and 100 percent of the time he gets my order wrong. Just went inside this morning hoping someone else would be working up front but it was him. Asked for a simple cookie dough iced coffee just like it’s advertised on the menu. I got some kind of frozen drink that resembles nothing I ordered. No whip cream or toppings, it’s not even a coffee it’s some frozen version of it. I personally don’t get how someone is allowed to be that bad at their job and still be able...
