Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanover

This was my 1st time as a customer. As you wak in, ALL TABLES AND SURFACES were dirty. Even the order screen was filthy. Couldn't find what I was wanting in the self-order system so asked for assistance. Was told they'd be there soon. Waited for them to fill 6 drive-thru orders before an unhelpful young man came over. (He didn't have knowledge of how to fill my order, but he also didn't really try.) Then someone else came to help, didn't greet us (myself and my family) just asked what we wanted. Upon hearing our request of filling our drinks directly into a Dunkin tumber we were told "We don't do that in this store." We then asked if we could purchase a new tumbler and have the drink in that, again the answer was "No." So we asked can they at least help us get the drinks we wanted. (Again this was a 1st time visit.) That experience wasn't much better. No explanation of/or opinions explained. Just "what size do you want that." The coffee drink ordered was supposed to come with whipped cream and sprinkles. Once we got the beverage is tasted bitter and watered down, with no toppings. Upon trying to get straws the stand was nicely stocked but was again covered in dirt and debris. The trash can was full so I had to lay the straw wrapper on the the counter adding to the mess needing to be picked up. The crew was just unfriendly to all of the indoor customers, not one of the many people inside (7 people) were greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. Drinks orders were place in random order on the dual level counter so if I had not double checked I would have taken someone else's drink. Basically I am shocked with how disappointing this experience was. I am not willing to go back to ANY Dunkin, as even if the service is better the drinks were still horrible tasting and not woth what was...

I am not one to review places. I felt I had to after my awful expierince. I went to this location to talk to one of their employees who was off the clock. We were talking outside of the establishment about a personal matter. One of the on staff employees named Emma came outside and was checking in with us. But instead of just simply checking in she stood there and persisently listened. Even when I told her she didnt need to it didnt seem to phase her. I was unable to talk without her interjecting into my conversation that pertained nothing to her. We were having a calm collected conversation and she told me to leave multiple times. I asked her why and she was unable to give me a good reason. I must have misunderstood that it was indeed not a public space where individuals are forbidden to have conversations becuase thats what it felt like. She even went as far as to threaten to call the cops on me. I told her to go ahead becuase there is no crime being commited. Not to mention her pointing her phone at me to get some kind of "evidence" of my behavior. As this is going on im watching customers akwardly walk by and into the establishment that she should have been woring in but chose to stand outside ans harrass me. I will not be returning as a customer and know of a few other individuals who wont be either due to similar situations deriving from...

I love Dunkin. Love their iced coffee and their frozen hot chocolate and their donuts. However, this time for their breakfast food was terrible. My mom’s sourdough sandwich was supposed to be toasted, it wasn’t and it had a chemically taste like it had been laid on something that had just been cleaned. The hash browns tasted off like they was placed in old oil or maybe in something also just cleaned. The frozen coffee we got, we had to consistently stir so we wouldn’t just get liquid, and even then if I wanted liquid coffee I would’ve gotten regular iced coffee. One of the frozen coffees was supposed to have whipped topping on the top and guess what: it didn’t. Don’t recommend going there for dinner. Their quality isn’t going to be the best then. Other times we’ve gotten it in morning or even afternoon, food, drinks, everything has been fine. One positive thing: they were out of croissants and offered me another choice of bread for my sandwich, that was probably the best thing about the food. Service was excellent, everyone had a positive attitude but whoever was in charge of cooking or at least watching the food, should’ve paid...
