Different Twist Atl LLC — Restaurant in Hapeville

I tried so hard with this place, but they just don't work online or in person. I ordered the salted pretzels online once for local delivery (they come in an 8-pack for delivery). When they arrived, there was no salt on the pretzels. They don't look like pictures on these reviews or their ordering site show. They were puffy, with a taste and texture similar to Hawaiian rolls. I reached out to the business for new pretzels, and they said they'd send replacements, but never did. $22 (includes delivery fee + tax) for incorrect pretzels. Then I tried their booth at the recent Christmas market. My pretzel was pale, with a weird doughy texture. My friends tried mine and agreed it was undercooked. The lady who made my food was very unhygienic. She used the same hands to touch the register to handle the pretzels with. She also wiped her hands on her clothes and proceed to work on the pretzels. She placed the pretzels on the bare counter as she was finishing them up. She was wearing gloves (purple hospital gloves), but she touched anything and everything as she handled the pretzels which somewhat defeats the purpose of using the gloves.
