Second time trying this place for delivery and still underwhelmed by the sandwich. The bread this time was really dry and as not fresh. Wish it was toasted as well. When it comes to condiments, the first few bites of my sandwich and I didn’t taste any sauce that I requested. By the time I finished the sandwich I realized there’s a tiny bit of sauce at the end. Really wish they would spread out the sauce and condiments throughout the sandwich so you get something in each bite. A dry sandwich is just not fun eating. The filling portion is kind of small as well. The cookie will always be my favorite though. Sadly I don’t think I will try this place again as I spent over $20 bucks for dry sandwiches...

Knowing that, I've started ordering online/via their app. The last few weeks have had good service and my order was ready by the time I arranged. Today, however, it didn't matter. I ordered last night for pick up at 11:45 today. When I arrived, they hadn't even started my order, and were too busy concentrating on a bigger order than mine. I finally walked out the door 20 minutes after the arranged pickup time, and all I got was an "I'm sorry" and an offer for a free drink. Neither of which helps being 15 minutes...

I had the French dip and normally it is bread,cheese, and meat, I was not impressed by how the restaurant makes it. I was kinda boring and tasteless. But the bread was wonderful and the crew were very friendly and welcoming. But they need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant every table was dirty and unkept. Attention to detail, you can have the best food in town but if your place of business is unkept it shows customers they aren’t welcome to stay and eat at your establishment.
