I wish I would have read the reviews on the deliveries and customer service before I decided to place an order for delivery here. It wouldn’t save me, literally drama and argument, and wasted time. I placed an order in enough, and I gave a very detailed description of delivery instructions down to the gate code which building I was had to find my apartment. I get a random text message from unknown number saying that my pizza is here so of course I call and ask if it was dominos. This rude driver decides to tell me no he’s from Uber. I almost hung up on him, but then he starts demanding that I come outside and that he has my food already red flag in my opinion, but I continue with this transaction. He begins to become irate and catch an attitude and start raging his voice at me because I told him I’m outside already and he clearly must be at the wrong building because I don’t see anybody outside in front of me. Mind you I live at the very front of the complex right next to the entry gate of my apartments. He proceeds to tell me that he’s by the pool, which is in the very back of the complex and then I need to come get my food. It’s pouring rain outside. I’m not walking five minutes across the complex when you can drive to the location you were specifically given to drop it off. We are going back-and-forth he wants to talk over me yell at me and of course I’m going to get a little irritated at the situation but then proceeds to tell me am I getting an attitude?? Like what? I then begin to tell him that I’ve worked for Domino’s all he had to do was check the app for the specific instructions. I gave him to be able to get his job done properly and an efficient manner. He did threaten to take my food back to the store instead of do his job and drive to the apartment that I’m actually located in SMH . Luckily somebody over here is maybe another driver or another resident and tells him that he is at the completely wrong gate. Those are not InTrick gates and that the building he’s looking for is by the front and as soon as he actually gets the directions he comes to my building with no problem. I’m not so much irritated that he went to the wrong place. It’s more so how he reacted to me telling him he was at the wrong place. Made sure to yell at me that he doesn’t live here so he wouldn’t know… just very rude and unprofessional I’m pretty sure he was a foreigner because he did have a thick accent, but that’s not an excuse to disrespect people when they’re paying you for a service I was appalled. I treat people with the most respect and I’m kind all the time I will never pay another delivery driver to come to my place again. I will just be picking up from now on. I was disgusted with her service delivery is not...
Read moreI usually receive a call to let me know the driver is on the way. However, the driver arrived with hot food. However forgot to read the extra instructions which asked for plates and parmesan packets. More importantly he forgot one of the items in the order that was paid for. He had to be chased down (we had to go to his car while it was still sitting in front of the house, while he was counting the his money) to noticed he forgot it. He checked the label that stated the salad was ordered. While I am typing this, I ma still waiting his arrival with the missing PAID FOR item. It has been over an hour that I have been waiting and the location is only ten minutes less than 2 miles from the house. I have called to let them know that he was on the way to get my salad and return with it. The person whom picked up the phone said... and I quote, "Um Ok ma'am...thanks for letting us know he is coming back." Ending with, "have a good night" before I could have a response to how nonchalant she was being about it. No we apologize or something indicating of the wrong that was done. Called again wondering where the driver was. Ricky answered and told me he had just left the store. Again reminder, it is less than 2 miles ( just a little over a mile) from the house. It still took him another 25 mins to make it the house ( while I'm typing this) to bring my salad. Advice, pay attention to everything with all orders, especially ones that are much further from the store for the sake of mistakes not taking long to correct. The ones closer, should never take as long in time of recovery. If plates and napkins are requested, if red peppers and parmesan is requested makes sure you have it with it, no matter how simple it may seem to you. If you have run out, make sure the customer whom requested hears some apology about it. The person whom answers the door may not be the person who made the order via on-line or phone call. So, don't assume the person at the door will ask where is something. They should never ask about "what's missing"...EVER!! The answer should always be "right here, sir/ ma'am" because as the driver who checks their orders before driving off, should have it. Recovery timing was terrible. Mistakes happen but recovery should not be an added mistake...ITS THE SOLUTION without loosing more money in the process. Drivers should care as much as they care about their...
Read moreIf I could give this establishment negative stars and have everyone of them fired I would! I have NEVER in my life wrote a review on ANYTHING! I’m usually an easy person to please because I work in retail and I know how customers are sometimes, however we had traveled to Atlanta for my sons football game and had ordered food after getting back late around 10 pm on Friday night. Their website says 11 is closing time and usually when I place an order an hr ahead at home they would still make it plus I had planned to tip the driver very generously since they would have to bring it to our hotel. Well I tracked my order and it never moved. Didn’t get a call or text or anything so my husband called up there around 11 to see where it was. They answered the phone and told us they had been closed and was going to give us back a refund well that’s all great, however!!!!!!!! I called back just to see where my refund would be posted and the worker said my husband cursed him and hung up on him which my husband didn’t so he called them back to sort things out and talked to a manager but the worker was in the back ground saying that he thought it was someone else and the manager again said he would post the refund in 24 hrs. Well 24 hrs came and went and no refund or even pending transaction on my card so I called them back and they asked my name and hung up on me again!!!!! Turns out when I had to call my bank and dispute the charge they are telling people they are closed and pocketing peoples refunds!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place whatever you do!!!! I can’t believe dominos has this many bad reviews on this franchisee and the same disgusting workers and managers still...
