On July 19th I went to eat at IHOP while I wad waiting for my truck to get ready from the shop. I order my food and I had a male waitress can't recall his name. He seemed nice and always came and ask if everything it was OK. After I'm done eating I asked for the bill and a box to go and soda . I gave him my card to scan and I saw him at the register scanning my card getting the receipt back and kept checking it I was wondering why he kept taking so long to bring my card back with the receipt I thought was kind of strange that he was taking long to come back. He finally brought everything back I sign the receipt and I got up to go use the restroom before I left and honestly I was not paying much attention if he gave my card back . I walked out and then I stop thinking he never have give me my card back . I checked my bag my wallet nothing .I went back inside the store and I told the waitress nicely that he forgot to give me my card back . His reaction was rude 1st of all. He saud I gave you ur card back I said no you didn't I checked my bag wallet and it's not here. He said yes I did give you the card back I don't know what you did maybe ur dropped at the restroom. I said no I didn't and I kept telling him no you didn't give me my card back. He kept saying I don't have it. I had my back turned when I was looking again inside my bag and wallet . And I turned my head around and I saw him dropping my card on the floor. Immediately I said that's my card. He picked up from the floor and gave it to me with some lame excuse and say sorry . I called the police and file a report. The manager called me explained what happen . She review the cameras and saw him after he scanned my card putting it inside his pocket. When I came back inside and keot asking for my card back after how many min apparantky got scared and took it out from his pocket and dropped on the floor. I told the manager he stolen my card and he knew what he was doing that's probably not the 1st time either he did something like that. She apologize to me and she told me she gave him a reading warning so she never fired this person. And me I had to cancel my bussines card from my bussines account and paid extra money to expedite a new bussines card . And this person basically got a slap on the hand because they didn't think stealing a costumers bussines bank account card it was serious enough . Read more05/24/2025 between 10:00-10:30 pm. Service was terrible. Had to complain twice to the so called manager because waitress never returned after we were seated. Another group that arrived after us got their drinks and their order taken while we were still waiting. Waitress came and we told her that we were ready to order and she turned around saying that she was coming back which never happened. Waitress returned after the first complaint asking what we wanted to drink and we replied that we were ready to order everything and she said that she was only to get the drinks and not the food because she was not our assigned waitress. That led to the second complaint. Meanwhile, the so called manager never approached the table nor addressed the issue promptly. By the way, the restaurant was not even half full. No drinks, no silverware. Waitress came back with only four drinks after we ordered eleven drinks and couldn’t even remember what the rest ordered. Still no silverware, no straws for the four drinks and the so called manager still no showing her face. Whatever this waitress might be going through, management simply let the customers pay the price of poor service. Almost 11:00pm now and we still waiting. According to the menu, my lemonade was supposed to have strawberries and pineapple chunks but came with one strawberry slice and no pineapple. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in this restaurant. Picture me literally typing this review while all this mess is happening and adding more as the service gets worse. This is unacceptable at all levels and mgmt still MIA hiding in the kitchen.
Unfortunately , I had to come back and edit this review since the mess continues. It is now 11:27pm and two people in my table are still waiting for their food. Read moreWe went to this location on Sunday, they told us a 45 minute wait. No problem we sat in the car and waited until it was our time. It was a 45 minute wait. But that was only the beginning of our wait time. Our waitress promptly took our order but after about 40 minutes we asked about getting our food. She said the kitchen was backed up and it was probably going to be another 30 minutes. That’s an insane amount of time to wait for food but we already had our drinks and we’re committed. The disturbing part was that we continued to watch to go orders come out of the kitchen so it became clear that the to go orders were taking priority over the people that were sitting in the restaurant. We weren’t the only ones that were waiting for our food everyone was waiting. Long enough that there were empty tables inside the restaurant and no wait time. In total we were there Two hours to get a mediocre warm breakfast. There were only three in our party so it’s not like we were trying to do a party of eight. The manager came over and apologized and said that because we had waited so long she was going to give us half off of our bill. That offer only added insult to the injury. She was prompted to comp our entire meal which she did. The manager said she would talk to her kitchen about cooking the orders in the order that they were submitted. How else would they be doing it?
