went today for the keychain, ordered two drinks one small one medium (app said no drinks exclusions!) lady taking my order asks if i wanna use free reward i say yes! and when i get to the window another lady tells me i couldn’t get the keychain because we used the reward🙂🙂🙂which i didn’t think would’ve been an issue! i was not rude at all, i told her we didn’t know and why wouldn’t the other girl let us know before??especially since the event just started,,,i would’ve just said no to using the reward??? you know exactly what im here for! it’s exactly 5 pm on the dot….. and instead of maybe just understanding me and giving it to me since i didn’t know and the lady taking my order failed to let me know as well, she refused to give it to me, since i didn’t pay for two. so i literally had to pay for two more drinks to get a keychain…. amazing customer service!😍 i understand it was busy and i understand it might’ve not applied to me since i did use the free drink and technically did not pay for two drinks but im still a paying customer, who honestly had no idea about the exclusion, who waited in that long ass long+paid about $6 for the first order and $11 for the second order with no apologies from any of the three kind ladies i had talked to. i got back straight attitude and zero sympathy. it was barely 5 and there was zero line beforehand i’m sorry about the business but jeez!! harlingen has always been this way, so i’m sorry that your customers aren’t kinder, but i tried to be easy on you guys for nothing in...

If you get down(which I did), there's only one window. Cashier with the colored hair was nice, but it just so happened that my drink was ready when a couple was placing an order for their entire family. I don't know how long my drink sat there but when I got it, it was sweating. It took a total of 10 minutes to get my drink after I placed my order(total wait time was about 15-20 mins). I don't think that was too bad, but who knows how much faster it could've been. I don't know if they'd consider closing the tyler entrance and have everyone come in through Harrison just to avoid the pile up on the side of the street blocking Whataburger, but that's just a thought.(the blocking was why I got down) Either way, next time, I'll try drive thru and see if it's faster. Update So I tried drive thru, and it was about the same 20-minute wait time. It was moving along. Today, I tried it for a 2nd time right at about 9 am. The line wasn't long at all, BUT the order taker was rather slow compared to last time. She was standing in the same spot waiting for cars to get to her. I don't know if that's what she was instructed or if it was just her not wanting to move. So the total wait time was about 15 minutes. When i heard a Dutch bros was opening up in my new town i was super excited. The opening went great. Quick service, quality service. Everything Dutch Bros is supposed to be about. Since the additional help has left them, their service time and quality has declined tremendously. Its been on various instances that i have had to wait over 30 mins for 1 drink, and granted anywhere you go you have to wait, but 30 mins 1 drink when u have to get to work on time definitely not worth it. I have even tried getting there earlier and the same situation always takes a long time.

This morning we arrived at 7:10am and got in line behind 6 cars, and they took 50 mins to issue my drink. I think that is crazy! I ended up leaving their parking lot 7:50am. Definitely would not recommend at this point its insane. On top of that the baristas were working on other orders yet mine was not ready. It took 2 employees to make a simple drink of 2 express shots and cream, where they asked each other how many shots did we put i here?? And what is this one? Not sure if they were training or in training but one drink should not take over 30 mins to make. Other locations are able to pass multiple drinks at a higher speed i don’t understand what the hold up is here specially in the mornings where people are in a hurry to get to work.
