One of the worst interactions I have every had with dominos. I am currently visiting another city so I can't say they are all like this however, the most disturbing thing was how the whole transaction was handled. I used my rewards to order a pizza for pick up. When I arrived I had to repeatedly walk up to the window, because they would let you in, and wait until someone noticed me to come and speak with me. I first find out that they can't find my order then next they proceed to tell me that they misboxed my order, which I assumed meant they placed my pizza in another box and it got sent out. After I return to my hotel, we find that not is the pizza only burnt/dried up but it is extremely soaked in grease so much so that it filled in a large portion of the box. When we finally return back to the dominos, I ask if they could make a fresh one that is not as greasy as possible or limp as it seemed as if it were made out of dough the with of 3 sheets of paper. After I show the staff the pizza and he inspects it himself, with his hands, he takes the pizza and says he will ask the manager to get it replaced. About 1.5 minutes later, a different staff asks me to sign the receipt, as I ordered extra toppings, he proceeds to give me a pizza. To which I reply, "That was fast." and his response was, "It came out of the oven as you were walking away from the door." I then explain to him that is impossible, I inspect the pizza and say it is the same one, I further explained to him that it was suppose to be remade. About 2 minutes after that, the first staff member returns with the same pizza and explains to me that the manager put it back in the oven and if it looked better to me, I pick it up and show him it is still limp and now more burnt, at which point I refuse the pizza and walk back to my truck and leave. I left them with the pizza as I could not believe that after touching the pizza, they put it back in and then cooked it again. Even if he had not touch the pizza, I had and it seems to be extremely unhygienic to put it back in the oven after it has left the facility. I am honestly at a loss for words.
This is mainly a failure on management and not as much...
Read moreI was just in there and had to listen to the assistant manager utter dozens of curse words to her male friend while I waited for my pizzas. Then I got home, and my wife and I realized that one of the two pizzas had what appeared to be no cheese. It had alfredo sauce (rather than marinara sauce), so perhaps they forgot cheese on one, since the sauce was essentially the same color as cheese. After I brought both pizzas back to the store, I showed the assistant manager the one without cheese versus the one with cheese. She insisted that both had a normal amount of cheese, but the cheese simply melted/blended in with the sauce on one pizza but not the other, which makes no sense. Then she said if I ask her nicely, she'll make another one for me as a replacement, to which I replied that I'd like one with more cheese than what I could detect on the problematic pizza. As she was reluctantly making the replacement pizza, she used a number of additional curse words while continuing to talk to her male friend. I guess he has nothing better to do than hang out at her place of employment during his free time. Anyway, I feel like the assistant manager was rude, vulgar, inflexible, and overly argumentative, and I feel as though someone like her probably shouldn't be dealing with the general public and supervising other employees. Additionally, to top it all off, I gave them a 10 percent tip on a carry-out order. I guess I'll have to go speak with the primary manager, Vicky, so she understands...
Read moreThey need to keep better track of orders and credits for wrong orders. On July 10th I placed a large order and on one of the pizza’s they added small mushrooms; which unfortunately we didn’t notice until our stomach was aching. I called the next day letting the manager know of our unsettling night. He apologized and said that we’d get credit for the pizza and an order of kickers and lava cake; awesome right!?! Until I called today 07/27/2020 and the same manager stated that the pizza credit had already been redeemed but I still had the kickers and lava cake as credit. When I asked when it was redeemed he stated the day that I had called which was July 11th. When I asked was it delivered or pick up? He could not provide the answer only that credit was already given. After a night of horrific pain I decided to give dominos a second chance and this is what I get....
