I went at 10:00pm to pick up my pizza. The mgr Ruben was talking to a customer about what she does and she answers him she is a nurse. Etc. there was a couple in front of me who sat down in the bench. And the mgr Ruben sees me, but still continues to talk to this lady. Nothing at having to do with her order, or business. I just had surgery done to my wrist. I'm in a sling keeping my hand elevated. Mind you waiting to pick up my pizza in pain while the mgr is still talking to this girl. Lucky I'm not a shy person so I go up to one of the employees whose name was Emily. I had to ask her to help me please. I'm sure my pizza is done if she can check and cash me out since her boss likes to talk to girls on the job. (Not having to do with Pizza Hut or making a sell generating revenue for the company) Emily checks and sure enough it's done. It's been waiting for me, before I even got there. She tells her boss and he tells her to cash me out not making room for me in the counter to rest my wrist that is in pain cause the sling hurts to wear. I tell her I need help cause I can't sign the paper with no hard surface. She grabs the pizza box so I can use the surface to write on the paper. Emily offers to hp me take the pizzas to my car. She was awesome. ((But I had to look for an employee to help me the mgr never made the effort to tell the not busy at all store and its employees to help me out I had to reach out to the staff)) o give props to her. I ask her what's up with her boss. Emily says he likes to talk a lot. I ask her for the 1-800# to file a compliant. I did so and gave Emily praise for going above her job and taking my pizzas to my car. I will not recommend this place to anybody. The mgr had no empathy or knowledge of customer service. Instead is interested in talking about none related things to ladies. While customers such as myself and the couple who sat on the bench are waiting for our food and to pay and be on our way. This Pizza Hut needs a new boss and take a page of customer service from that employee Emily. She made the difference. Even thou I had to go up to her. I can imagine for plp who are shy and do nothing but wait. The leadership from that mgr Ruben spoils the whole idea of pizza huts' and their goals as a company. I do not recommend this place.    Read moreLiterally the worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Probably the worst delivery experience ever. Not a joke. The joke apparently was the 45 minute wait time on delivery they quoted, which turned into an hour and a half. Now really, that's fine. I understand it happens. There is, however, absolutely no excuse for the customer service.
On the phone line for 2 minutes and then I was hung up on. Called back again and steeled myself to be polite. The male employee, in a bad mood and answering me in a short and curt manner ("just wait, it should be there any second") and saying there was "absolutely nothing" he could do, was quick to give up on me when I asked for any time-frame (5 minutes? 10 minutes? 20?) and said: I don't know. I'm not in the car. Let me get the manager" and cut me off.
I'm now ready for, at least, an explanation. Instead, the employee comes back with "my manager said to wait a couple of more minutes". Did she say that? How am I supposed to know? Is there not even a manager working at this location??? Who knows. Apparently, they don't either. I asked what the manager's name was that told him this and refused to come to phone and use even 20 seconds of her time to speak with someone. He didn't know. I was put on hold yet again and he come back with: Adrianna. Adrianna, what's going on? Look at these other reviews. They're terrible.
"We're very busy." "I'll try to contact the driver." "We've been receiving many calls and we're trying our best." It wouldn't have changed the situation, but my family and I wouldn't have had to sit in the living room for an unknown amount of time for an unknown reason. I've given up expecting answers from this confused and disorganized establishment.

   Read moreI was here yesterday and I could tell from the minute we walked in we weren't gonna have a good experience. The floors were filthy the tables were all dirty with plates and cups from the previous people still sitting there and no staff in sight. I don't know why we chose to sit down at one of the semi clean tables anyway but we did. As soon as I sat down the table was full of pests. Ants all over the side of the wall and table. I could hear people laughing in the back and mind you it was fairly quiet so there should have been no problem with someone cleaning up the lobby. After finally getting someone's attention we were able to order. Idk what the girls problem was but she was not happy at all. No smile, no greeting just hands in her pockets, totally checked out. Like she was just going thru the motions and couldn't be bothered to at least try to be courteous. We've been here a couple times and it's not the first time this particular waitress has acted like that. Everytime we come in I just wanna walk back out when I see she's working she looks so miserable all the time. Anyway we waited at least an hour for our food. Finally got it. It was the wrong type of pizza. I asked for pan and got hand tossed. The wings were hard as rocks and there was something floating in my water. I had to get up and empty it then refill it myself. Idk about anyone else but I just to love pizza hut. My suggestion is skip this location. It's just not worth it to me.
