Cannonball Deli — Restaurant in Harpers Ferry

My food was so bad just got done white water rafting so I haven’t ate in hrs I go to this place and I thought the food was going to be good it was literally the opposite I ordered lemonade and it was so bad I had to run out the restaurant to throw up and I also order a chicken bowl it was so bad like how do you get rice beans and chicken messed up .I don’t recommend anyone coming here even if it’s the only thing open and I genuinely think they made my food nasty on purpose because I’m a African American .Plz save your money and don’t come here .This place is so dirty the bathroom is disgusting and had used toilet paper on the ground .smh this place should be closed down .Another reason to lead me to think this place not African American friendly we walked in and it took 5 min to give us a menu but when people of the same skin color walked in the gave the a menu and offered them outside seating. My friends and I had an excellent experience here. The location is cool, with steps leading down from the street to the front door. The inside seating area appeared nice and clean, but we opted to eat outside. It was a little odd that we had to cut through the kitchen to get to the back patio, but other than that the outdoor seating is comfortable and very well shaded.

All of the food was absolutely delicious. I opted for the falafel wrap, while others in the party got the cheeseburger, chicken Caesar wrap, and chicken & cheese sandwich. Each of us only spent around $15 including tip, which we all considered a very good deal for the portion sizes and the area we were in. Our server was also polite and very attentive. If I ever return to Harper’s Ferry, I would not hesitate for a second to have lunch here again. 10/10...

We go hiking in Harper’s Ferry about ten times a year, and we always end our hikes with a late lunch at Cannonball Deli. That lunch is almost as much of a draw as the hike itself. The restaurant is modest and simple, with basic seating indoors or outside on the back patio. But the food is delicious and inexpensive, and the staff are cheerful and friendly. I love their falafel wraps, served hot and packed with tasty falafel, veggies, feta, and tzatziki sauce; my husband loves their lamb gyros sandwiches.
