I really enjoyed my walk through downtown. History everywhere and signage to give you some information. You can also ask some knowledgeable locals. Lots of small shops, Inns and places to get food. The two streets were tight with traffic. Everyone wanted a close spot to park. There are buses from the visitor center. And a lot by the there if you get there early enough to find a spot.

I do not recommend driving an RV through (someone had a 24ft driving through) as the roads are small. The side walk with many people are just...
