Read moreI was unsure how far of a hike it would be to reach Jefferson Rock before I went there. So for clarity, if you manage to find parking directly in the town of Harpers Ferry or catch a shuttle bus into town from the visitor's center, it is hardly a hike at all from there. Just up the stairs that run behind the church and passed the old church ruins & it's not too much further back from there. There was another trail into the spot though, so I am unsure how far of a hike it is from wherever that trail begins. Beautiful view from there overlooking...
