I sent the below email to the owner & all I was offered was excuses & 2 free classic old skool cinnamon rolls on my next visit. Clearly that won't be happening as I plan on not returning. I recommend not going here or placing a curbside pickup order unless you plan on waiting an hour & want to be disappointed.
I'm writing due to a poor experience with your store on 3/27/2021 in regards to a curbside pickup order. l placed my order online at 6:58pm & selected the pick up time to be as soon as possible, to which the pickup email stated my order would be ready after 7:25pm. I arrived to the store at 7:28pm & placed a call to the store to let them know I arrived. The employee I spoke to said my order would be ready in 5-7 minutes because, "they were still working on my rolls." I found this to be really surprising considering I placed my order 30 minutes ago, my order only contained 6 rolls, & the pickup email stated my order would be ready at 7:25pm. As a waited in my vehicle, the 7 extra minutes passed that the employee stated they needed to complete my order, then another 10. I finally decided to Google this specific store while I waited in my vehicle to read the reviews to see what the heck was going on & to see if any others have experienced this. Unfortunately, I wasn't alone, & my order arrived 26 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. I immediately asked the employee if a manager was available to speak to, & she stated there wasn't & that I could email the owner. I then expressed to her my concerns & was told, "we get really busy on Saturdays & like to ice the rolls fresh when customers arrive." To say I am extremely disappointed & dissatisfied is an understatement. I have attached photos of the melted mess of cinnamon rolls I received and my receipt. I would like a full refund & do not plan on coming back seeing as this is a repetitive issue that the store was made aware of via the reviews I read & were responded to from 8+ months ago. Seeing as this issue hasn't been rectified exemplifies the lack of value your store has for its customers & a poor business model to continue & follow.
Edit: In response to company's reply - I first reached out to the company in hopes of it making the situation right. Clearly, offering me 2 free rolls at your establishment wouldn't fix the situation, as I stated in my email that I wouldn't be returning. As a result, I have left this review, and I never leave reviews, to let others know that this store doesn't truly care about the service or product it's providing to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been a loyal customer of this location since it opened, and it used to be one of my favorite spots. Over the years I've consistently enjoyed many of your items, particularly the old school rolls, mini buns, brownies, chocolate chip dough, lemon blueberry bars, chocolate chip cookies snickerdoodles, and pizza rolls. It's been a reliable go-to, and Iāve often recommended it to friends.
That said, Iāve noticed some changes in quality over the past several months that have left us feeling disappointed. Iām sharing this feedback with the hope that itās helpful and taken in the spirit of longtime support.
Cookie Dough: The chocolate chip cookie dough now seems to have far more chips than dough. It ends up tasting unbalanced and isnāt as enjoyable. Unlike before, when Iād happily finish a container in just a couple of days.
Chocolate Chip Cookies: Possibly because of the dough-to-chip ratio, the baked cookies no longer have the same texture or flavor they once did.
Lemon Blueberry Bars: These were once a standout favorite. Perfect texture, great flavor. Lately, theyāve become overly soft and messy in the wrapper, which took these from an item my husband and I would fight over for the last bite to one that probably wont be finished.
Cinnamon Buns: While there has been some improvement, the dough still seems under-proofed. Theyāre denser, less sweet, and not as fluffy or flavorful as they used to be.
I understand businesses go through changes (possibly even ownership?) but I wanted to share this perspective as a longtime customer who really misses what this place used to be. We still swing by occasionally for a brownie or snickerdoodle, but we've found ourselves less inclined to visit regularly.
I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to continued improvements, as weād love nothing more than to become consistent...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI normally have good experiences but not this time. The worker asked what car I was in so they can bring out my cinnabun. I told her what car and then I walked to smoothie king and then spent about 5 mins or so there went back to my car and waited another 8 or so minutes. I saw people leaving with theirs and they just pulled up so I walked inside and trying to stay within 6 feet apart I was away from the register as someone is trying to place their order. A woman then comes in and cuts in front of me as if I wasn't in line but the worker so I was next and still began to ask the woman what she wanted. Then once she told her it wasn't ready she went back out to her car and I asked the worker did they happen to deliver mine? And the other worker who hands it off to cars said she dropped it off in a grey camaro. So then the worker begins to question me as if I am lying about receiving my cinnabun asking where was I parked and the girl that dropped it off couldn't even look me in my eyes to say who she dropped it off too she said that the people in the car said yeah and she said the last name so gave it to them. So your workers are handing off free cinnabuns that car should feel lucky cause there wasn't any other grey camaro in the lot and it isn't that big of a lot so there shouldn't have been any confusion and I shouldn't have been questioned by your workers. Can we get older staff here who is competent to know how to deliver orders and smart enough to know why would the customer lie in this situation when she couldn't even verify the car that she...
