Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have conducted a lot of business with Banter. I have not had a bad experience until I visited the Concord Mills location. I went in for an exchange. First issue the location was understaffed. 7 customers 2 associates and neither one appeared confident in their knowledge of how to work the system. When I finally got some help the system now has no record of any of my purchases, however my name and all my info was in the system. I’m pretty sure it didn’t magically appear. So now I had to call the Charlotte location. They pulled my information right up. Next problem the associate couldn’t help me because she needed a copy of the receipt. Pulled it up on my email showed her the purchase but now the warranty is expired. No problem I always renew on the spot. But to my surprise neither associate had access to extend my warranty. Manager was not present but on the phone . She requested that I come back in two days and I don’te even live in this city. The purpose of paying for a warranty is to have the luxury of replacing your broken jewelry immediately. Sadly, I was unable to utilize the services I paid for because this location decided to have two employees working on a Saturday evening and neither one had the proper access to help with a simple task as a warranty which is offered with every purchase. Very disappointing very inconvenient. Banter please implement a better training procedure. No employee with under 30 days of experience and no system access should...

I had a fantastic experience at Piercing Pagoda in Concord Mills Mall! The two ladies working there were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I was dealing with an issue where one of my earrings was starting to become embedded, and they helped me find a long post earring that was just what I needed.

They went above and beyond by removing my old earrings and replacing them with the new ones, all while providing thorough cleaning and aftercare instructions. Their expertise and kindness completely alleviated my anxiety about the situation.

I had my neices ears peirced at a pagoda in Fl, all of the equipment came out of fresh sterile sealed bags. I took my daughter on Sunday to get her ears peirced and they just pulled the guns out of a draw, no cleaning them, no nothing. As a mom that's where I went wrong. Got the ears peirced and went on our way. I bought screw back earings. Well today is Tuesday so 3 days after it being done one of the earings has fallen out, I call the store and they ask me if I got the warranty! What warranty? I was not offered a warranty.
