Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Harrison Township

Oh I’m so disappointed! The last three times now, with carry out orders, something is wrong or missing, or just plain silly. We don’t cook, we get carry out or dine out most every day. So, most of these restaurants, we frequent frequently. I want to order here more, but quality control needs to check orders better.

First time it was buy 1 get 1 … so total 20 boneless wings. Sauce on side. We got ONE tiny thimble sized cup only half filled with sauce. I requested 2 sauces, got charged for second which is fine, also only half filled. There is no way that tiny cup would coat those wings had I not asked for it on the side.

Second time - not a big deal, just left out extra sauces we paid for, celery, ranch etc. Not worried.

Third time- I ordered chips and queso, pico on the side and the street tacos. Those were fine/good. The queso must’ve been dropped as when we got home, the cup was upright with lid on. Yet, 1/3 of the chips were covered and now soggy in the Hatch Queso w/ Chili. No pico on the side. Opened the container of Queso, and they didn’t bother topping off what they spilled. It was maybe if being generous, half filled. The lid and container were cleaned off. Had it spilled on way home the lid would’ve been off, or at least messy.

I may just stick with Willie’s if this is how it is...

UPDATE: For lack of places to eat, called on Sunday and was told they were seating until 9:15pm. Our party of 6 arrived at the hostess stand (exhausted and just wanting food and drinks) at 9:08pm and was told they wouldn't seat us. I stated we had spoken to someone earlier, but they didn't care. Asked for the manager and was given attitude. After the manager arrived, she was hateful. After a 10 minute argument about business practices, etc., she hatefully agreed to seat us. Two of the people in our party were too afraid to eat there for fear of what they'd do to our food. Apparently, they were understaffed, which I find rather amusing considering there were 10-15 employees hanging around the hostess stand to see what was happening.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Arrived at 9:20pm on a Thursday only to be told they stopped taking tables at 9:15pm. This was not posted with their hours which clearly stated they close at 10:00pm. This has been one of my favorite places to eat, but I'm not sure I'll be going back, nor will the 4 other people who...

The 2 times we did dine in here the service was so bad we had our meals comped because even the managers knew it was a mess. The second time, our waitress, who we knew was our waitress, stood across the room and looked at us, she didn’t get our orders right and when it did come out the food was like warm and had obviously been sitting for quite some time while she hung out in the dining room, clearly nodding our way and speaking about us but refusing to wait the table. Finally the manager on duty approached us and was already apologize before he introduced himself. the place is a joke.

Speaking of managers, if yours are going to sit in the dining room, off shift, in uniform, and verbally assault a paying customer, body shaming them and making their entire visit a nightmare then this isn’t an establishment people should bother coming to for a lot of reason.
