Five Guys — Restaurant in Harrison Township

One morning shift on the morning of tuesday the thirty first, the food was fine except the bacon was burnt and hurts my teeth. So, that wasn’t pleasant.. but not so much the food that I had a problem with. The person at the register who I believe was a manager because she had a black shirt on, the rest had red shirts, she had a really bad attitude like she was mad at me for ordering food (which is their job) but it makes me nervous when I see attitudes like that with the people making my food. Food should be made with care, in this case, I was worried someone would spit on my food behind my back. Just because of the type of attitudes I observed that morning. In fact, nobody there had a smile. Everybody there looked miserable.. food was ok but over priced. Especially 5 dollar shakes?!?! So, I didn’t get one. But I don’t plan on returning to this particular location because of the bad attitudes.. practice smiling more often.. because some people don’t trust people with attitudes making...

One in there to pick up a DoorDash order and the manager asked me the name. There was only four people in the whole place three of them just walked in and start placing orders why she was at the cash register driving 10 miles before going to the five guys to get the little cheeseburger. She told me it’s on the grill so the rest three people at the cash register and all three of them happen to get their order before the DoorDash order which was crazy because it had to be ordered way before a three or four customers came in so I asked her about it. She decided to go off on me and said that I cannot come in there no more this is terrible because she thought that she can embarrass me in front of them people which, needless to say I did not let her well as a final gesture going out the door she decides to give me the finger lot of person. Please do not patronize...

We drove 25 minutes and pulled into parking lot at 9:30 on a Saturday and we were turned away. The door and google search claimed this location was open until 10pm. We were not the only customers told the store was closed. I then called from the parking lot and was told 4 times they close at 10, each time I said it is 9:30 why can't I place an order? The employee then hung up on me. I called back and this time a different employee said they were closed and let me speak to manager who said they now close at 9pm. Bad business if you ask me they couldn't get their story straight. We go to this location once a week and have always had...
