I have been having issues with this location for a few months now. The last experience has been by far the worst. I ordered a pizza through the online portal on New Years Eve at around 7pm. I made sure the location was open. I went to get gas across the street and when I got there the door was locked. The manager was standing there and waved his hands and shook his head "no" and indicated that they were closed. I held up my phone to show him I had already placed and paid for the order. Her refused to open the door. Tonight, I placed an order for 4 pizzas and went inside to pick up. The manager was there and greeted me asking me for the name on the order and spoke perfect English. I then proceeded to very politely ask him about getting the pizza from the order that I had placed and explained what had happened. He then started acting like he didn't speak English and did not understand what I was saying. I know it's just a $10 pizza but it's the dishonesty and lack of accountability I have a problem with. I paid for the pizza and should either be refunded or credited. If you can't communicate with your customers you have no business being in a management...
Read moreI know sometimes there are issues with deliveries being delayed and having certain items in stock, but this location is repeatedly out of common menu items. And the discussion and manners of the employees sitting at the counter is extremely unprofessional. It makes it hard to want to return to this location knowing it's being ran with such lack of care and professionalism. Key example was an employee that rolled his eyes every time he was asked to place an order in the oven by the individual at the register. I'm sorry that we're asking so much of you? Corporate review needed at this store for overall professionalism and upkeep with making sure the store can run efficiently with having items in stock. It's Friday night and all this store can sell is pepperoni and cheese pizza, this is causing a loss of sales for the chain. I would love to speak to someone more about this...
Read moreThe staff was not too great. The older lady was wearing a "Mom is Best" kind of shirt, and what I'm thinking was her daughter, was wearing skin tight shirt colorful shorts with a random shirt. Definitely not something I'd expect to see at a Little Ceasars. They also seemed as if they did not want to be there. The lobby was empty. No drinks besides water and Crush Orange in 2 liters. The crazy bread was horrible. Was just dough mashed up and not cooked evenly. There was still flour in the folds. I'm not sure if they make that in the store or have it shipped that way, but it definitely should not have been served. The only good thing was that it smelled cleaned, but almost too clean to wear the food and the product did not mix well. You can also tell they don't clean the windows due to the fact you can still see Christmas decorations on them. Overall not going back to...
