This is a March 2025 edit to my previous review from 1 year ago.
I thought I'd give this Chipotle another shot to exceed my low expectations, and unfortunately they failed at that task. I placed a pickup order for dinner last night -- a chicken burrito and a side of guac -- and I received it 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. There was a steady flow of 4-5 people in line as I sat and waited for my food (along with about five other people who also had late online orders). I would've had a much shorter wait if I'd just walked in, which is not how I expect online ordering to go. While I was there, one of the employees announced that they were out of four items on the menu.
This location appears to be understaffed for the amount of demand I usually see when I come here. That's part of why I placed an online order to begin with. And I wanted to grab a copy of the GM's business card at the register before I left so I could speak to them directly about hiring more people, but there were no business cards to be found.
Then, I opened up my burrito, and it was on the very small side. The guac was mostly big chunks of avocado, and there was even a piece of avocado skin mixed in. Normally I would "just pick it out, I doubt they meant to mess us about", to quote Mike Skinner, but in this case, it was just insult added to injury. At least everything tasted pretty good, I'll give them that. That's the one improvement over my previous review. But with the way they were running so far behind, I definitely felt the need to check the chicken to see if it was fully cooked.
To be fair to the staff working that night, they did offer a free drink to those of us who were waiting for our food.
I am sad at the downhill slide of this Chipotle location. I used to eat here VERY often several years back, but it's a hot mess now, and I'm not going to return.
I bumped the food up from 1 to 2 stars, the service down from 4 to 1, and atmosphere from 4 to 3.

I'm not sure what the deal is with this Chipotle, but every time I have come here over the past few months, the food has been unforgivably bland. The mild salsa and guac both taste like they're made with underripe ingredients, and it always tastes like they forgot to add salt to the chicken and chicken al pastor. I wish their food tasted more consistent with what I expect...
Read moreOur food was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted at all in our kids quesadilla or our burritos. The chicken was cold in the burritos as well. I'm very confused by the lady making our food. I asked for a side of sour cream and she said she couldn't do that. The kids meal only came with two sides. I'm like I understand that but just charge me for an extra side of sour cream. She said she didn't think she could do that. The lady at the register figured it out just fine. Not sure how you can say you can't give me a side of sour cream when I'm literally telling you to charge me for it. We ran into two issues with her we never have had at any other Chipotle. Then some workers were complaining they had to make some things and they were told by another co-worker it's only 9, they don't close until 11, so make it. My husband LOVES Chipotle and he said this is the worst one he's eaten at. The food wasn't good. We took it to go so we couldn't even say anythin. We just heated it in our hotel microwave because it was so cold and didn't taste good as it was so it couldn't make it taste any worse. It's just a weird experience and the food just wasn't good. Plus, again, how can you tell someone they can't have sour cream even though the customer is telling you to charge them for it? I'm not sure I've ever given a bad review, you can probably see my past reviews, but this was definitely not satisfactory at all. The service and food just wasn't good at all. I know it doesn't matter, we aren't from around here so we won't be back anyway, but Google asked me to review it...
Read moreFor starters, I love Chipotle. It's one of my favorite fast food style places. Having said that, this is possibly the worst location to don the brand. I've ordered from this location many, many times and have been disappointed almost every time. If they aren't out of line ingredients, which is nearly every day, then they're out of chips, cups, bowls, forks, hot sauce, etc. Add to that the usual complaint of getting ripped off on the amount of food anytime you order online. This last time though, they're out of multiple ingredients, out of bowls, out of chips and the line worker had the audacity to try to short me on every ingredient I asked for, with me standing right in front of her. The man ordering in front of me had an awful experience too, apparently, as he requested a corporate phone number, after an employee explained that their manager walked out of the location days ago and hadn't been replaced and that there was no number for him to call. Then after dealing with the other guy and myself, the employees gathered together with me still standing there and proceeded to complain and call us names. It pains me to say this but the current owner either needs to get their head out of their ass and hire some decent help or get in their and do it themself if they cant be trusted with that responsibility, sell the location to someone who can manage a restaurant, or close...
