I went to the drive-through and ordered a Venti iced Matcha latte and a Trenta cup with extra ice and the line of caramel around the cup. I get up to the window and I am handed an iced Venti chai latte with the line of caramel around the cup. It was in a Trenta cup with extra ice as well. I said that I had ordered a Matcha, and apparently the woman rang me up as an ice chai latte. So they remade my drink but then when they handed it to me, it was in a Venti cup with barely any ice, and no caramel drizzle. I honestly wouldn’t have cared about the caramel drizzle but it’s an extra 60 cents . So I turned back around and went inside. I said that I had just order through the drive-through and that I wanted an iced Matcha in a Trenta cup with extra ice and caramel drizzle. All they did was dump my drink from the Venti cup into the Trenta cup and added the drizzle. They didn’t add my extra ice and they were all snarky about it . I worked at the Starbucks in Kroger and usually I go there, but we were close today for remodel . Our Starbucks in Kroger is better than this one. At least we listen to our customers request. Read morePlaced a drive thru pick up order for the first time through the app for my husband and I. The older lady with short white hair was VERY rude to me for no reason. I didn't realize you had to tell them at the speaker that you have a pick-up order, and I drove straight through. If interactions are recorded, I strongly advise management to listen. I came around 12 pm on Sunday in an orange kia. I haven't had that much attitude from a business in a while. If you have no patience, why are you in customer service? If it were not for paying customers coming, that lady wouldn't have a job there. Patience and kindness go a long way. Harrison has plenty of other places to get iced coffees, and I can tell you that it doesn't matter how good your coffee is. If I am treated poorly, I won't be back. I didn't deserve that. Read morePlace seemed clean. Mobile order was ready, but when I asked for the batista (Soliel) to remove the foam and top off my chai, she just added water. Since my ticket said no water, I asked her to remake. She did, and again, there was foam and lots of head space. When I asked her to top it off, she got snippy with me, saying she couldn't do less foam and started to pour cold milk in.
