I have never left a bad review in my life, but the service my family and I experienced yesterday night was absolutely terrible. We dined in, and as soon as we walk in, the young girl at the register was so unprofessional and rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be there, and didn’t smile and just looked at us when we walked in. We ordered our food, and my brother went back to order another sandwich. As soon as he walks back up, the cashier immediately asked him “what’s wrong? what’s wrong with the order?”, and he says nothing is wrong and he’d like to place another order. Later, we came back through the drive through and the young girl was the one working the drive through. When we pull up, she stared at us a moment and says, unprofessional, “oh, weren’t you guys here before? I recognized you from earlier”. My brother and his fiancé laughed it off and just said we had wanted to come back for some chicken fries. When we had pulled up to the window, I noticed she was just staring at me from where I was sitting in the back seat for a moment before she said this. She had an unbelievable attitude and was impolite. She proceeded to say “you’re back here again? McDonald’s is so much better than here, you should go there”. It was so rude and out of pocket. I couldn’t get her name because I couldn’t see a badge anywhere on her shirt. I just remember she had very dark black hair and she was wearing a black shirt. She should not treat customers like this, or even speak to them in this fashion. The food was amazing and so was the establishment, and this is the only reason I am leaving a five star but one star for service. I would have been spared the front and center (directly behind employee taking my order) hollering between 2 employees, one of which appeared to be on some sort of stimulant as evidenced by her skin on bone appearance, speed talking and shaking hands. They were complaining about other employees, who were apparently not in attendance. It would have been comical, as they were going on and on about how lazy the others were, if not for the fact that they themselves were not doing a thing while the only other employee there was doing all the work. Read moreI placed a breakfast order on the app at 10:22am. I arrived at the drive thru at exactly 10:30. When I got to the window DAMIAN told me that they throw all of the breakfast food out at 10:20 (before the app took my order AND my money). Damian informed me the app is third party and has nothing to do with him. He would not make my breakfast OR give me my money back. He did not give me a number to call. He suggested I figure out how to contact the “app people” and maybe they will give me my money back. DON’T order thru the app and expect this restaurant to care at all.
