Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

Love going here they have a great pizza buffet they got some great wings they got some good garlic breads they got some good alfredo there's soups are good too and their salads that you can put together your own salads or good as well at the pizza or great and if you want something special on your pizza just tell him and they will fix it up this is a very good atmosphere for the family it's very good place to bring kids very reasonable price very clean atmosphere is good if you have dietary restrictions you can work around those here as well just mind you that they are some things that you probably won't be able to do for your dietary restrictions either but for the most part if you need some vegetarian you can get that if you need something if you're allergic to certain ingredients you can let them know you can't use those and you can ask them to do specialty things and all so it's not a problem there and no nice thing about it they're reasonably priced and you get a whole bunch of buffet plus the brownies are great the Apple strudels they have for great the cinnamon bun things were great all their stuff is good I wish there was more of these around where I am it's hard for me to find them sometimes this location is easy to find one of them in this area and it's a great place for the whole family I do highly recommend you will enjoy yourself there and it's one of the few places that have a pizza buffet like this and it's very good you won't be...

My family of four visited CiCi's for a late lunch/early dinner on Saturday. When we arrived, there were only 2 tables clean, but many tables did not have people sitting at them. We sat at a table for 6 because the only 2 tables clean had seating for 6. Ok. We can manage that; however, the fact that all of the other tables had plates, food, silverware, etc. still there was quite gross. The cheesy breadsticks were cold, as was much of the pizza. They did make the one pizza we requested. The noodles for pasta were also cold. They no longer have parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, or dried peppers on the table. You get these in packets from the area where you get the drinks. They didn't have any lids for the kids' cups. And now for the worst part...

During our visit, my youngest daughter (4 years old) needed to use the restroom. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was blood all over all of the toilets in the women's restroom. 🤢 Needless to say, she was not able to go to the bathroom.

If I could give negative stars I would. While eating at the Cici's Pizza in Harrisonburg, VA my husband saw a mouse run out and it almost ran over his foot. We informed the Manager of what we saw. The people behind us also stated that they gad seen it too. She apologized, but she did nothing about it, other than to tell her employee. She just laughed about it and went back to cleaning off tables, like it was nothing. So, we went to the register to get our money refunded. After standing there for a bit, the guy she had told came up to the register to refund us. While at the register, another mouse ran out and went under the serving station where the pizzas were. The pizzas that they were serving to the customers! I told the employee that I had just seen another mouse run under the food and he just smiled at me real big. He laughed it off, and said, "oh really, you just saw another one?" Then he gave us our money and went right back to his job. The restaurant was full of families eating and they did absolutely nothing, except to laugh it off. I'm still so grossed out and completely nauseous from our experience.
