Christopher William Jewelers went above and beyond helping me find a Hearts on Fire necklace for an upcoming special event. My salesperson, Jessica, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product lines. She went out of her way to get detailed dimensions, messaged photos, remembered all the pertinent information spanning multiple conversations, and worked with me to get a special item ordered and shipped to CA.

After receiving the necklace and discovering it was not quite what I was looking for, they were more than accommodating in returning the item and ordering an alternative design. Returning jewelry can be an awkward and convoluted process, especially for a special order item returned from out-of-state. But, Christopher William Jewelers made it a straight forward and painless process.

After deciding on a replacement necklace, they quickly ordered the item and had it rush-delivered to ensure the necklace was there for the special event. The necklace was very well received!

Today we replaced my wife's engagement ring. We had a great experience. Devon (turns out he's the owner's son) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and (this is a big plus) he never made any attempt to upsell us or talk us into something we didn't want. He was totally focused on our wishes.

We had a set in mind from a website that was substantially cheaper. Why did we go with Williams, then? 1) We came to trust them as we interacted with them. They clearly value long-term customers as well as their reputation, and have a great program to maintain your jewelry over time. 2) Their small inventory of diamonds to me was a sign of quality over quantity. 3) They met us a bit on price. 4) We like buying local versus internet. 5) I suspect the internet company's low prices are at least partially a sign of cheaper materials or something.

So, yes, we paid a bit more in the end, but we're convinced it was well worth it. We love the wedding band amd engagement...

I had gotten myself a nice new watch, but it needed links added to it so that it would fit properly. I stopped by the Evelyn Byrd Ave location a couple Mondays ago, not realizing it was closed. Well, I stopped by again Thursday. Again I was too late, the doors were locked. I caught the attention of the sales lady stating that I only needed them to look at my watch quickly and I'd leave them alone. Eventually Devon Simoneti came over to the doors and unlocked them for me, and agreed to help me with my watch. I was made to feel valued as a person that I was not only helped out after business hours, but the door unlocked as I was invited in and out of the cold.
