Tonight's service was absolutely garbage !! First of all I am almost 8 months pregnant and came to this top notch restaurant expecting top notch service and it was anything but top notch!! The waitress was absolutely unprofessional and just down right nasty. We were served our appetizers and the waitress was quick to run off without checking to see if we needed anything else ..... well obviously we received our apps with zero utensils and had to wait almost 20 minutes for the waitress to return back to floor..... as we grew hungry waiting for the waitresses return we began eating salads and crabby fries with our hands ..... Upon her arrival to the floor we were then told that they are short on utensils.... I used to be a waitress and am well aware that the apron is designed to carry utensils for your tables along with straws , napkins , check book , pens and so fourth.

Our waitress was utterly unprepared... Then she was very condescending and wanted to talk to me as if I was a child and demanded me to order correctly as if requesting an add on was wrong....

My fiance was then delivered one of his side dishes almost 20 minutes prior to his meal being served....

Upon receiving the receipt before my fiance could even review the receipt the waitress was quick to return immediately expect to be paid... he then went up to the front to pay and talk with the manager to whom never arrived as she was supposedly in the back "putting out fires" according to the table over which then left front desk entirely unoccupied for over 20 minutes.... The waitress then asked me where he went after telling her 3 different times over she rudely demanded that he get back here to pay her at the table Pronto. She then paced out front to him and snatches his card out of his hands and mumbled something nasty under her breath and proceeded to check out and then returned to me expecting a tip.

Every other table around me recieved a 25 percent off their meals along with a $30 gift card for the shoddy services. We didnt receive even the simplest apology and I am not even asking for that bc at this rate I will never return to this God awful restaurant in harrisonburg and my choice in favorite restaurants has been ruined but i pray for future customers sake that they go back to square one and relearn their training follow protocol and relearn what good hygiene is along with stick to the correct way to treat customers... If I wind up sick I am coming after red lobster of...

Went to dinner after work with my wife and child. Ordered drinks received our drinks minus straws and the beer I ordered. We placed our orders.. I ordered king pow shrimp, my wife order shrimp Alfredo and my daughter ordered kids Alfredo. Still no biscuits or beer yet. We receive our food. I received chicken instead on shrimp for the kung pow. My child received full adult shrimp Alfredo along with my wife receiving the same. Still no biscuits , beer or straws at this point. My wife and I try to eat our food and we removed the shrimp from my daughters. King pow chicken was quite questionable. To the point I had to stop eating cause I started to feel sick. The chicken texture was slightly funny. My wife couldn’t eat her shrimp Alfredo either. Shrimp tasted very water logged and texture was questionable as well. Also the Alfredo sauce looked like it was poured out of a jar and microwaved. At this point I get informed they don’t have the beer I requested long ago. I also ask for straws now so my child can have her soda drink…… waitress returned and at this point I’m feeling very sick and return my food and request it be taken off my bill. We requested our bill and was charged for another tables order. Waitress finalized our bill … still charged my kid for adult portions and price but I didn’t say anything more at this point cause we just wanted to leave. Now home and pretty sure my wife and I have so sort of food poisoning cause we both have been in the bathrooms multiple times since leaving and both feel sickly to say the least. Will be the last time I visit this restaurant. My kid liked her...

Very nice staff and hot, delicious food. Very cooperative regarding food allergies.

Update 6/15/19:

Ate dinner here again on the Saturday before Father's Day. The restaurant was busy but not so much so that there was a wait. Jennifer was our waitress and unfortunately we believe she was new because she didn't know the answer to any of our questions such as if the meals came with a salad, what days of the week the specials were on, or if they had Italian dressing. Easy questions really.

My husband and I each ordered the Parrot Bay Coconut Shrimp, he with mashed potatoes and I with broccoli. The shrimp was amazing as always but we were not impressed with the sides. My husband's mashed potatoes were a big ball where they had used a large ice-cream style scoop to plop them on the plate cafeteria style. My broccoli consisted of 3 or 4 florets and a bunch of broccoli mush like you'd see at the bottom of a frozen broccoli bag. The restaurant was freezing so by the time I ate 5 of my 10 shrimp the broccoli was stone cold.

I did tell the waitress about the broccoli mush so she could tell the kitchen. I wasn't asking for a discount or anything free and I generally don't send food back. She apologized but didn't seem overly concerned. I have a feeling she didn't tell a soul about it because previous visits where even a passing concern was mentioned immediately prompted a manager to come to our table to make sure everything was fine. No manager came over.

Overall our visit was average but could have been better. We will of course...

We have visited Red Lobster countless times over the last 24 years together, and chose to visit again this evening for our anniversary. Having seen the menu's "new" items, we opted for their $33 steak and lobster special which we were extremely disappointed with... both steak and lobster were chewy and quite unappetizing and tasted extremely average when compared to a similar meal 1/2 the price from Outback Steakhouse. Although the manager and waitress did what they could to try to make the situation tolerable, the reality is that the meal simply did not measure up at all as compared to what we had expected for 1/2 the price elsewhere in taste, appearance, and/or quality. Whether "different lobster" such as rock versus Maine or not, this "new" meal was not worth the money to give it a second glance or another chance. Sides were poorly presented and wilty, loaded baked potato was tiny... see pics for the difference of Red Lobster versus Outback. Our next years 25th anniversary, sadly, as well as any future visits for any special occasions (birthdays) will be planned at places presenting a far more appealing and quality meal...

We have visited Red Lobster countless times over the last 24 years together, and chose to visit again this evening for our anniversary. Having seen the menu's "new" items, we opted for their $33 steak and lobster special which we were extremely disappointed with... both steak and lobster were chewy and quite unappetizing and tasted extremely average when compared to a similar meal 1/2 the price from Outback Steakhouse.
