Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed my order on the Papa Johns app we order from Papa Johns often last month we stayed at a hotel locally and had ordered food apparently that address saved in their system but not on my app I made sure to check the address as I just moved so I know they had the correct address on the app they still proceeded to deliver my food to the hotel and informed me it must had auto saved on their end and they just left my food at the hotel when they realize they had brought it to the wrong place! I had no idea! nobody informed me I called to ask where my food is she told me where she delivered it that she was a manager I explained the situation Offered to screenshot the app and show my id she Continued asking me questions making it seem like I wasnât who I offered to show that I had the correct address on my end she said she didnât care she refuse to tell me if she left my food with a person or just at the front desk refused to remake my order refused to deliver my order it was $40 worth of pizza Iâm a single mom thatâs a lot of money to me so I asked to speak to another manager and I asked for corporate numbers they would not give it to me they not give me their general managers number they would not give me anybodyâs names And told me the only number I was going to get was on the front door Which was just the stores number told me that he would remake my food but they refused to drive it to me I had to come pick it up all the way across town with three kids at 9 oâclock at night when I got there he was extremely rude and to be honest I was a little worried to eat my pizza or feed it to my children I was hoping he didnât do anything to my food by the way he was acting! he did tell me the lady I spoke with was named Courtney didnât even offer an apology and only said he would remake my food when I let him know I was going to be calling the store first thing in the morning! Both of them need to find a new job if they hate the one they have so bad!!!...
   Read moreI ordered my pizza, a simple small extra cheese pizza, that came to about $15. I ordered this around midnight, and asked if they were still delivering. The man (I think his name was Bryce, could be wrong though) said they were and that the wait time was 35 minutes. Well, here I am right now an hour and a half from my order time later. Where is my pizza? I have been extremely hungry and very unhappy. I've called the store five times with no answer, because they closed at 12:30 before delivering the pizza they promised.
Update: the person who took my order simply put my number into the system wrong. I went into the store and they happily helped me to remedy the situation by giving me my pizza and voiding the purchase. Despite my initial frustrations last night when I wrote this, they really made an effort to make up for it! So I changed this from 1 star to 3 stars!...
   Read moreOrdered a medium pizza and a drink around 6pm. App said 30-40 minutes. At 7pm it finally updated out for delivery. At 7:15 I called to complain that the pizza was a half hour late. I was offered freebies for my next order and instead had the manager void the order. I was told it was 5-7 minutes until it arrived. At 7:40pm i gave up and ordered Pizza Hutt which delivered in 25 minutes. At 7:55 the driver finally showed up with a lukewarm pizza and no explanation about why it took her an hour to drive 2 minutes down the road. So glad i didn't pre-tip. 2 hours delivery time even on a busy day is ridiculous but to have a pizza sitting in a car for an hour is just nasty.
