Five Guys — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

Came to pick up a Door Dash order less than 15 minutes ago and your staff informed us that the order had been stolen. Your staff also refused to remake the order and the pay for us to deliver that order was a high paying order. Your staff caused us money. Not only that, but we couldn't get a hold of customer service and so we didn't even see a fraction of that orders pay. With us having to decline the pick up, due to something that WASN'T our fault, our rating went down 1%.. That could have costed us our Dash Anytime option. So my question is, WHY do WE get the punishment when it wasn't our fault? We're sleeping in our car currently and I'll tell you, every dollar we make, we NEED. If they knew it was stolen beforehand, then they knew it wasn't our fault. Yet, we get the crap end of the stick as driver's. I may have to pick orders up for Door Dash still but I will never order food from a selfish business. Tighten...

Terrible customer service! I brought my family to this place for the first time earlier this week. This freckle guy at the reception is full of arrogance and condescending attitude, rolling eyes on me for asking what come with the burger. The menu was very vague about how things come together in an order. After I asked him what does he mean how I like the burger, thinking he meant rare or well-done, he gave me a long sigh and started mumbling about the items that go into the burger. Again, it was the first time I went there and they work differently than other fast food franchises. It is not like some common wisdom you are supposed to know. Get real. You are just a burger place. Terrible experience here tonight. Placed an on line order at 6:41 pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 and noted in the app that we were here. The app indicated the order wasn’t ready, so my son went in to wait. At 7:21 I went in and asked for our order. It was sitting on the counter, “waiting for fries” I was told. It had been sitting there so long the bottom of the bag was completely damp and the burgers lukewarm. On top of that, the girl who made the shake was very snarky and practically threw the straw at me. Where was a manager? Where is customer service? And for that price. WOW! There’s other burger...
