I have been here 3 times since the opening of the store and each time they have messed up my drink somehow which itās not really that hard of an order (cold brew with heavy cream, a flavor, classic syrup, and a cold foam of choice on top) because the Starbucks on Port (both of them) and the one on campus AND the one at Target seem to make it perfectly fine without issues the first time. When I made the barista/window person aware of the mess up today they pretty much demeaned me and told me I need to order it correctly but again I ordered it the same way I order it at the other stores so I donāt understand how it was ordered wrong. They said I need to specify if I want my drink stirred??? Isnāt that a given to stir a drink that has dairy and other add ins in it? This is the only store that canāt seem to get things right. I know that customer service can be hard and service workers don't get paid enough but this has to be said. I dont get out much and going to Starbucks is a treat for myself and it I want the correct drink because I have to pay 5$ for it. My order is always a grande white chocolate mocha frappe and they keep trying to give me a grande white chocolate creme frappe. There's two different names. One has coffee and one doesn't. I was once in line behind an out of town car a few weekends ago and they ordered an iced drink and they gave them a hot one. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent today, 8/26, my bill was $12.30. I handed him a 20 dollar bill. Cashier hands me 7 bucks. My order of 2 drinks of which, 1 drink not all the way full, and no straws. I asked.. hmm was my bill 13 bucks even, and he himmed and hawed well we are in a national coin shortage. I said, I'll be taking my change, he said ill get it for you. So basically, if you pay cash, they gonna keep the change, in my case .70 cents. So think about how many people this guy is keeping money from. And then is he or Starbucks going to pocket the difference at the end of the day.
