I allowed 5 cars to get in front of me so there would be no congestion on the main road. I placed my order fine, so I thought. When I pull forward a lady checks my order with fast rudeness and the order was incorrect. She told me to pull forward to window and as she walked away from me instead of staying in front of me where I could hear her, she told me which car to follow and very faintly could I hear. I guessed which car to follow at this point. Instead of first refunding me the items I did not order they wanted to give me a treat card to redeem some other time. I asked for refund only of the items I did not order. Melissa whom was in charge still incorrectly refunded me. I only wanted a sandwich and not a meal. She continued to tell me that I did not order a Meal. When I see the receipt,it says I orderd a meal. She continues to tell me she gave me a better refund deal and she needed to serve others customers. She wanted to rush/push me to just go away so she can take care of others. I respect that others should be taken care of, that is why I even allowed 5 cars to get in front of me. Melissa stated to pull forward to talk to me or Melissa said call and leave a complaint. I order at least 3 times a week from this location. Melissa showed me the complete opposite of the company core values! Now my experience with chick filet will forever change and never be the same! My family and I feel the respect of a customer had been stomped on! I spend a lot of money to support the business and core values of Chick filet. My family and I feel just like a money sign and that our hard working money is just trash and I was shown my opinion, time, my kindness and patience was Worth nothing. Read moreI’ve had a terrible time at this Chick Fil A lately. The service has been absolutely terrible for the last week. I used to eat here with my wife several times a week and I do DoorDash as a side job. Every time I come to this Chick Fil A I wait at least 10-15 mins before I am served for DoorDash and my pay is consistent with the speed. So the longer I wait the less money I make. Three times I had employees order themselves lunch for their lunch break rather than help me and instead of serving me they say someone in the back will help you. How selfish can you be to order yourself lunch rather than, help a customer/business partner who is trying to make a living. I also had an older lady in a blue shirt there, be very rude and sassy with me yesterday. I keep my insulation bags in the front and back seat of my car because I don’t want to forget my insulation hot/cold bags in the restaurant. So, the first thing the old lady said when I came in was “I am not going to tell you one more time, to bring in your DoorDash bag into the store.” She mentioned me bringing in the insulation bag once but I said I leave in the car because it is easier for me to keep everything together and my food is always delivered fresh to my DoorDash customers. I have a 5.0 customer satisfaction for over 300 deliveries. Other restaurants are kind enough to serve me quickly and even offer me a drink if I have a little wait. Read moreAwful customer service! I’ve been to many CFA’s across 5 different states. This one is by far the worst when it comes to customer service. Isn’t that what this establishment stands for? Some employees are absolutely rude. However this this paper was posted PUBLICLY near the ordering station. I am all for holding accountability but this rule is absolutely absurd. CFA is the busiest fast food chain and management should appreciate their employees for all they do! The person who has come up with this rule, have they never been late to school, work, an appointment ever in their life? Let alone forgetting to punch in? Employees do not receive any type of benefits, dental, 401k EXCEPT the free food and if you’re LUCKY, a scholarship (excluding management)!
