Do I wish for this place 5 stars recommended sure. Anyone would be proud to have that sort of recognition. But if I'm being honest 3 stars is still just as good. My visits here have always been courteous and respectful and while I wait at the window I do notice the camaraderie the employees have with each other. But to be honest you need to laugh and feel good in an environment that calls for dealing with customers. Because you'll be surprised at the ratio of bad customers to good ones is pretty lopsided. And since the bad ones very rarely are happy no matter how great the service is, then why get constantly get beat down because of them, right? As to getting the orders right, well that goes without saying. If I'm paying for service then I should always get my order right. If I don't get a smile, it isn't the end of my world. So the reason why this place gets a three in my opinion is the way the store is situated. The drive thru and parking gets super crowded fast. The other thing is that dip in the driveway that unless you have a SUV or truck just messes the front end all the time. They could get that corrected at least. Read moreI asked for a different coffee because the one I got was so unbearably bitter and I felt attacked because the person who apparently made it started to say "I made it so what are you saying?" If I don't like it I don't like it I'm spending my money to get what I want so if it's not good I'm not going to drive off with something that's bad. She went on to tell the other's in a rather upset tone that I didnt want my coffee because she didn't make it properly and then everyone started rushing to the window to see who it was. To add to that with what's going on they were wearing there masks on the necks not covering their nose what's the purpose then and you're having conversations over people's foods no manager around or someone big enough to say fix your masks probably . I am disappointed because I get better service at any other Dunkin donuts I usually go too and they are very considerate and polite and never argued whenever corrected...
Read moreI am a daily customer and have been for years, the past couple weeks the store has been not at all comfortable. I understand people have been moved around because of Cromwell remodeling, but normally I can walk in and say “hey my beautiful people, and as I leave I always tell everyone to stay safe. But the last two weeks my drinks are awful, customer service has changes in the last two weeks, I no longer feel like this store is my comfort place. Which is so very sad! But between the change in management and the random employees I am so disappointed. Whats going on? I feel like I need a new place to go. There are only a couple people left that make it friendly, not sure what happened but I want my people back. I had a close relationship with.
