I recently stopped at the Hartford Dunkinā to grab donuts and coffee for a meeting, and I was so impressed with the service! I wasnāt sure how much to order for 12 people, but the cashier, Emily, kindly walked me through her recommendation with a great attitude.
It didnāt stop thereāshe went to the back to help prepare my order, and while waiting I overheard her training a new team member. She explained exactly how to put together a box of coffee and what to include in the bag. She mentioned they normally provide cups and fixings for 10, but since she knew my order was for 12, she added the extra two without me even asking.
